HH-66 is too expensive up here in Canada $40 and have to wait too long for shipping. So I took a chance and bought PVC cement from Home Depot $8. PVC is actually called Polyvinyl Chloride, it's a vinyl glue. My Intex Vinyl boat costs $60 on sale so doesn't justify a $40 product for one hole on a seam (that prevented me from using the boat for 6+ years). I put: Oatey Medium Clear PVC Cement on with the tape on vinyl repair patch, and put a glob of glue under left it outside in the sun overnight. Put air in, and it's back in business. I like the color of this boat, they don't make them like they use to.
A 4 ounce can cost $13 dollars at Amazon. That can can be used many many times to fix a variety of pool floats. In the long run the savings are undeniable.
I could not delete the other comment. How do you cover the foot holes Inside the floatie. I have a small dog and don’t want him to go through the holes..
Not super helpful because the one I popped is the part thats in the water, unless it works there too but can't know. Costco has a great return policy so im good tho
Julien It works in the part that’s in the water. I would suggest to let it completely cure for 24 hours before putting it into the water as it will be in direct contact with it. If you use the product you are going to love it!
My dog naps in his boat too so this is exactly what I needed. XOX
Thanks. I had this on hand from a repair a long time ago. Could not remember if you could use it without a patch. Glad to see that the answer is yes.

Nice! Thanks for sharing.
Thanks. Just found that the product is more expensive than buying new pool floats, so I'm not sure that it's worth it!

Place a plastic plate big enough to cover the bottom, or something else plastic.
