My prayers are with you I had a episode 2 nights ago that left me in tears with no pain relief, this is the 3rd biggest episode I have had now I am researching this condition. We all love you and feel your pain too 💜

I feel u sister praying for you I just had an episode my head hurts real bad but I make myself listen to White Noise music then drift off to sleep in pain sometimes it hurts so bad it doesn't work I have found no medication that work

Rock and deep breathing, apply pressure. Aerobic exercise when you feel it coming on 2 min.
