    Hi David. Excellent video ! The images of Gwenfaen's Pillar are beautiful but the South Stack sunset is a stunner. One of the best you've shared on here. Really enjoyed the video David. Many thanks for sharing. P.S. Paul Johnson would be proud of the hat !!!

    • @DGriffGallery

      Hahaha, we vloggers tend to be famed for our hats! My summer cap has been recognised by passing photographers more than once or twice too! But I think this new winter hat will become a "fixture" for the next 6 months now! It's lovely and warm. Really glad you enjoyed this video. I was so cold at times I wasn't sure the photography would do the locations and the light any justice, but the following day on the computer I was pretty pleased with them 👍😀

      Hi Tony, really glad you liked that one in particular. I don't normally shoot waves, but the light was at just the right angle, but kept coming and going. So I waited and waited. I was convinced that at some point I'd get just the right light and wave combination. 250 or so frames later and I got one!! 😀👍

    Stunning last shot, David. For all the times i’ve been passed Porth Saint, I can’t remember seeing the pillar so isolated, the third frame was my favourite. Thanks again for all the effort you put into the vlogs.

      Thanks a lot Brian. I'd been planning a high spring tide visit there for a while. But I hadn't reckoned with the easy path down to that part of beach being blocked by the sea!! 😬

    Very much enjoyed this one as always David. What a beautiful day of light too. So many nice images here, but if I had to choose just one, it would be 30 second exposure of the Pillar at 3:30. I really like the composition and it has just the right amount of movement for me. Well done. Cheers, Jeff

    Nice work David. I'm really drawn to that staircase image at7:25 for some reason. I think it's that light giving the copper tones.

    • @DGriffGallery
      @DGriffGallery  6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks a lot Jeff. You know, I was too. I don't normally shoot that sort of close detail, But I saw it illuminated with that side light and by the time I'd got the handheld settings dialled in it was in shade. So I waited. And waited ... 20 mins later it lit up again for about 10 seconds!! I was glad I did wait though. 👍
