Ohhh the ten thousand doors of January has been on my mind recently. And i always get so excited hearing you talk about brandon sanderson's books. I don't know why they intimidate me so much. From everything i hear i feel like i would love the cosmere universe ✨️
I started Mistborn in April, and though I'm not finished, I'm really enjoying it and sense that it will be a favourite! My 5 star reads from April were Dune, The Invocations, and some of the Heartstopper volumes. ✨
I’m glad you’re reading T Prachett books bec I’ve been thinking of starting that series. Just need to figure out the best ones to start with. I have 3 more Agatha Christie books to go and I will have completed all her works ❤ so I’ll need Discworld or something else for the next challenge.

I usually stick to cozy mysteries and one series I love is by Susan Wittage Albeit ..The Cottage Tale series ..8 books in the series and it's a mystery with Beatrix Potter but another side mystery with the animals in the village..i just recently bought the series in Hard cover to collect them and I'm gonna buy Peter Rabbit bookends to display them.
Last month I read House of Sky & Breath which wasn’t awful, but honestly one my least favorites from SJM. I also read One Dark Window and I ADORED it because I went into it without knowing much so I was pleasantly surprised 💞
oooh i highly recommend alix e. harrow's novellas, esp. for readathons! some really fun manga recs that most witch hat atelier readers also love are dungeon meshi, apothecary diaries, frieren, skip to loafer, the guy she was interested in wasn't a guy at all, and toilet-bound hanako-kun ❤
Omg witch hat atelier is the only manga I’ve read up to date. I found it rly good and cute, although i don’t remember much, since I’ve been reading the books with lots of period of time in between and other heavier books. I’m glad you’re enjoying the manga tho!
if you want books about books i HIGHLY recommend reading the cemetry of forgotten books series by Carlos Zafon (specially the shadow of the wind and the game of the angels), absloutly amazing
My favorite book in April was kind of a tie between "The Dead Romantics" and "His Majesty's Dragon." I loved TDR, it was so cute and sad at the same time, the lack of smut made my Ace-self happy, and I actually kind of loved the death puns. HMD was just a pure story about a man and his unexpected dragon, and a great start to a series.
I read 9 books this month! Which is doubling what i usually avergae 😯 My least favourite this month was Sincerely Yours, Anna Sherwood... it started out good, and then petered out, but ended nicely. I'm not much of a romance reader, so that could be why i didnt enjoy it much.. my favourite this month was The Prison Healer. It was fabulous and i straight up DEVOURED it 😌
Hello Katie. I have a book recommendation for you. I read a book series that I gave five out of five stars, maybe you liked it? It's called "Body Guard" by Chris Bradford. I haven't read the first 2 books because I lost them at home.😂 I'm not sure what the first books are like, but if you read the series then you definitely have to read up to the fifth part, that's my favorite book. These are the best books I've ever read. The series consists of five books. The last part was so good that I cried. I can only recommend the series. ❤

I love a good manga series. I just started reading some sports manga and surprisingly enjoying them. (Blue Lock & Haikyu) I read seven books in April and I enjoyed reading Bride, Golden Son, The Dead Romantics, and my least favorite I read was my last read of the month The Raven Boys. Hope you have some great reads in May!
My fav book from this month was Flowerheart, I know I'm behind on the bandwagon but it was a fun read. Also my re-listen to When in Rome because I was kinda in a reading slump (still kinda am) and it helped
11 books!!! thats crazy… im such a slow reader i only read 4 books this month and only truly enjoyed 1 of them: a sorcery of thorns. it was so magical. other than that i read fourth wing, a league of gentlewomen witches and serpent & dove. in may i plan to read five survive, emily wilde and love theoretically! but im a chronic mood reader so we’ll see about that >_< thank u for sharing ur thoughts with us as always 🫂🩷🍊

I read Bittersweet in the Hollow and it's quite good! Recommend it to people who like spooky mysteries with magical realism.
I love a good manga series. I just started reading some sports manga and surprisingly enjoying them.
