I freaked out when I found out it was made from raw eggs. I couldn't believe it, but I always ate it and never got sick. And now that I make it, no one ever gets sick. I just make sure that I have fresh eggs, even if I have eggs in the fridge, I still go buy new eggs. I also make sure they are pasteurized.
@@CleaningtheECwayeggs from a farm that still have their wax coating are safe raw at room temp. It's only the US washing eggs that makes them need refrigeration and cooking. Pasteurized eggs will also work in the US and can be easier to find unless you know someone with chickens
