Great rant Michael. She has left a more divided nation. A lot of Maori don't like what's going on. I am in my mid 70's and have never seen this nation as divided. There's a whole host of things that need addressing. Yes I am a woman and have never particularly liked her.

Well said Mr. Laws. Jacinda said her government was the only source of information on covid that people could trust. Anyone that dared disagree and put alternative information (with is labelled by the government as misinformation) online was at risk of being called a "domestic terrorist". The damage she has done far outweighs any good, in my humble opinion. As a result of her leadership my trust in government and in our health providers has greatly diminished.

Back then long before woke was a thing his party was a genuine option for conservative voters. Ardern was the complete opposite to what I'm looking for as a leader .She had never had a proper job outside of politics as well as having a very socialist( to say the least) background in her youth. She has a educational background in PR and that's tantamount to saying that she has her own truth .I could go on but I thought that you would have done more research before you committed your vote to her.

Imagine living in a country that had a rock star economy a few years ago but now has executed farmers, unfairly penalized landlords who will just push the cost onto the renter, gives zero support to police, allows criminals to have the right to attack business owners. All while aiding beneficiaries to keep having kids and to keep partying, encouraging students to go to uni while we have a trade crisis, giving handouts to all businesses who were probably living the high life before covid, and encourages parents to not supply their children with lunch because the tax payer can do that instead with lunch in schools. Basically, if you don't have the capacity to look after your household the government will do that for you. And if you were highly independent you'll get penalized.

Michael, great broadcast.... but one thing I have to correct you on.... The Chch massacre was directly the result of government allowing partly online licence applications (against the strongest advice from shooters), and the abysmal failure of police to follow their own vetting protocols and therefore gave Tarrant a licence. The Commission said so, but the media ignored it, and all the gun law changes were to cover government ineptitude. The very FIRST thing Ardern said on air after the massacre was "the shooter had a licence". Us shooters, who have contacts in police, knew with a few days exactly how Tarrant got his licence and that that should never have happened. Government and police failure, not the gun laws, killed those poor people, not the gun and for sure no law abiding licenced shooters.

The consequences of inadequate education take time to surface and are not instant.
People who are employed currently possess a higher level of education than those who are starting or will begin in the labor force.
This poses a real concern, as the need for education is rising with technological advancements.
New Zealand is falling short in this area. Without a solid education system, we cannot compete with other nations, particularly those in Asia that are rigorous in their education.
A country with low education is a country without a future prospects.
