    Guys if you are planning on taking ashwagandha, track when you start it. Cause you need to cycle it. ive seen like 8 weeks then 2 week brake. Cause ashwagandha lowers depth of motion and if you never cycle of it you will start to feel numb. Also when taking zinc be sure to be taking copper aswell. There is a ratio so do your research.

      I was afraid of that side effect as well. About 2 months ago I decided to dive in and take the risk. I have had zero hair loss and no negative side effects whatsoever. Some people have reported having stomach pains when doing the loading phase as well but I never experienced any negative side effects. At the end of the day, everyone’s body is different. I can say though that creatine has made me look better.

    • @Rocks_vs_Uzis
      @Rocks_vs_Uzis ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Not all estrogens are bad. This is an area that tends to cause a lot of confusion. You have xenoestrogens, many of which come from plastics, pesticides, are horrifying and bind to your estrogen receptors and wreak havoc on your endocrine system. Then you have phytoestrogens, many of which come from plants (especially soy) and also binds to your estrogen receptors. The major difference is that xenoestrogens are like estrogen x10 and phytoestrogens are a weaker form of estrogen. Here's the trick though, you can get phytoestrogens from plants like broccoli (stay away from soy) which readily bind to your estrogen receptors but it's WEAKER, so it will act as an antagonist and actively block the much stronger hormone estradiol which your body will create on its own when it metabolizes your testosterone through a process called aromatization. Aromatization is a natural process your body uses to attempt to balance your hormones, but it can be overactive and cause you to have estrogen dominance. You can block aromatase naturally with foods and supplements like DIM and Grapeseed extract. I hope this clears things up.
