If that is actually your meal routine, I would highly recommend you fast in the evening and drink a protein shake in the morning. You would sleep a lot better and sleep is very helpful for keeping you looking handsome.

Hey Jose would you recommend doing the salt water rinse before or after brushing your teeth?
Floss and maybe rinse before then brush to get excess and complete the cycle. Makes sense to me because you wouldn’t exfoliate your face after you wash it, right?
