Thank you for showing full video. Others showed excerpts and I couldn't tell if there were supoosed to be 4 springs or one. I thought my machine might have lost these when we moved house. Yours clearly showed one spring. So now I know all I need are the suspension rods which I will order. Cheers
Thanks so much for this video it's exactly what I needed. I could not take the top off but your tip of lifting the back and then pushing it forward did the trick.
Hi there! This is a really helpful video, but my fisher and paykel washing machine just has a clip on the left hand side - no screws. Can you tell me how to remove the lid of my machine or can I just use your method and remove the whole top deck. The machine desperately needs a clean inside! Thank you
There must be two screws on the left and right of front side hidden through white plastic piece. If you go through my another fisher and paykel washing machine video cleaning the drain pump, you will get an idea.
@@HomeAppliancesHeroes there are no screws hidden under the plastic covers at the front ( my machine has those, but my daughters machine does not. Only something that looks like a press in clip on the left hand side of the lid. The deck has to be unscrewed from the back vis four screws. I just can’t figure out how to remove the lid with one clip!

We will do it next time, we were in the beginning phase of making video, so we were missing something to show every time. We are really sorry for that.
@@handyman9113To the best of my knowledge, new Fisher and Paykel machines sense unbalanced loads through the motor. They will pick up if the motor's speed stays consistent (balanced load), or fluctuates (unbalanced). If the motor cannot maintain its preferred speed it will stop spinning.
@@LoganT547 In which case stop wasting money replacing (expensive) parts. Ive tried everything and spent too much trying to keep this p.o.s going. Now its going to the tip.
Thanks for this video. Very informative and simple to follow unlike many others I watched. Keep up the good work
Thank you very much.

Bonjour quel est le numéro de cette piece, ma laveuse a ce probleme. Merci, Super explication de votre vidéo
Share the model number of your machine, I can send you the part number.
What actually senses it is out of balance, ours barely moves before Out Of Balance fault is triggered.
Makes banging noise, mostly in the spin cycle and the fault is triggered
Ours doesn't wobble at all and triggers the out of balance. Do you know where the sensor is that detects out of balance?

What can go wrong with those rods?
The holding friction will be reduced over the time at the end of rods.
