    This whole workout is great. I absolutely love the kicking drill at the beginning and the kicking drill at the end!!! I hope you incorporate these kind of intense kicking drills in future workouts. 😊👍

    Hi, quesiton, when i hit the bag, should i throw the air from the nose or mouth?

      It all depends on what you feel comfortable. Some people do from mouth and some do with nose. Try both and let us know which worked better for you.

      @@PentagonMMA well, I have always done it from the nose and it's much more comfortable, I feel that my punches hit harder and more accurately, i like also to prees my theeth against the bucal. And Whats your style, mouth or nose?
