This was probably the best female fight that I’ve ever seen. Two great fighters. Hanna had power and wouldn’t give up for anything. A true beast. TRex got speed, skill, and stamina and she fought great and her title is well earned without a doubt. I just hope swinging so wide don’t get her KO’d some day. I feel so honored to have watched this fight. Thank you for the upload. I’m grateful.

@@CheckCasher Unfortunate but likely true, since it's men who are the largest audience for fighting. For Thai boxing, in that regard, there's Tiffany VanSoest and Jorina Baars, both of whom are attractive but still not enough, or perhaps the wrong discipline, to push them into the limelight.

No one, especially the older men, in the gym pays attention to you unless you've got a hard right AND some makeup on. Pretty hair too. Thank god for my mom's genes. Fucking hate the world lmao

Of all Claressa's opponents I like Hannah Gabriel's mannerism and humility--which may explain, why she was the only female boxer to ever knock the T-Rex down. These are two very special young women.

It was a beautiful knock down that Gabriel scored with the surprise uppercut, but it was mostly because Claressa got overconfident and underestimated her. Gabriel was smart not to get reckless after the knockdown though. Claressa's head movement and ability to place herself in position to counter put her ahead of Gabriel in overall boxing skills. Gabriel is much older than Claressa and not surprisingly more mature, it's obvious.

Will never happen again to Shields but Gabrielle's blew this in the very first round. I keep looking at it and Gabrielle's just let Shield get herself together. Just attack with punches and shields was out. Instead she just did nothing. Then finally when she did shields held her! Gabrielle missed that moment

This was the first full women fight I have ever seen in my life and it was amazing!!! I loved this fhight and Hanna was great, but I'm really happy that Claressa win!

This was the greatest women boxing fight I've ever watched. Both fighters were beyond experience. Much respect to both. Anna Gabriel lost, but believe me she's born a warrior
Clarissa is powerful but taking off weight can take some out of u so I was not surprise to see her touch down but her inner strength and power was able to kp her up to d end and win congrats to her on her performance and Garbariel is a true fighter who fought very courageous never giving up 🙏

Most of them would literally have to rely on being naturally stronger as a male and hope to land the KO cause there's so many cans and even some gatekeepers that have lost to fighters not as disciplined as Shields. I enjoy it better when respect is given both ways... But I understand that the "hero" and the "heel" technique sell more tickets. I think a lot of that is theatrics from the men. I’m sure if you slow the video down you will be able to see the uppercut didn’t land, she didn’t fall until the 2nd punch you’re just listening to the commentators. And if you wanna be real, she fell because she was swinging and she was off balance enough for that 2nd punch to knock her down. Happens all the time in boxing , that’s why she wasn’t dazed when she got up.

This was a super intense, action packed and very brutal fight. Both incredibly tough warriors and there didn't seem too much in it to me, although I thought Shields did enough. Gabriels is just so athletic, strong and makes Shields look ponderous at times. I just cannot wait for the rematch, it should be another immense brawl.
