Wilder might have been the very best heavyweight of his era if it wasn't for this inhuman monster tyson fury. How he got up and got better than he was before is something I never seen before. He got hit with 3 monster punches from one of the hardest punchers of all time and got up and was renewed with energy. Tyson is some kind of odd creature.
Lmfao no absolutely not. Wilder would 100% *not* be the "very best Heavyweight of his era" In any instance whatsoever. Wilder has a strong right handed punch and that is literally it. He punches hard. Deontay has absolutely no footwork whatsoever, to the point that legitimate amateur boxers have better footwork, his combinations are lazyily thrown and rely solely on his right hand, he telegraphs his right hand so much, and so easily that it's genuinely cringe worthy and makes me feel embarrassed and I'm barely an amateur myself. Wilder is far from a top tier Heavyweight, and you thinking Wilder could be the greatest Heavyweight of his generation tells me how little you actually know or understand about boxing. Wilder being introduced first was an absolute insult to him. He was the current reigning champion and as such should have been introduced second. Lineal championship is not an actual sanctioned belt. Secondly, Wilder CLEARLY won that fight via unanimous decision. He was absolutely robbed.
Wilder winning this fight on points is a hilarious conclusion. No way he wins 6 rounds (even is he wins 5 rounds, two of which are 10-8, he can only draw 113-113). So if rounds 9 and 12 are 10-8 rounds to Wilder, which other 4 rounds did you think he won?

@@Torgueuere You completely missed my point. I was saying that Fury seemed to be humiliating him in this fight, but looking back on it now, after seeing their other two clashes, Wilder actually looks pretty good in this one, comparatively.

I think you all have it wrong people. In my opinion its his family that made him go nuts. At the end of the fight you can see he is genuinely good guy who out of his heart respected his opponent. But watch the reaction of his, I dunno who she is, wife? She yells something in the lines of "here you take that you motherfucker" to Fury's address. They don't understand what it is to stand 12 rounds and beat the crap out of their opponent and get beat in the process. I think that they manipulated him to be hateful towards Fury, yet that is not what we see at the end of this fight. It only makes sense to me.
After watching this American coverage of the fight, you can see how people may be led to believe Wilder won. The commentator was terrible, everytime Wilder would swing and miss he was calling it as big right hands, and when Fury moved back to avoid the punches, he claimed Fury was hurt. Clueless.
A person should always watch the action and not the commentary. It seemed like Fury came into this fight planning to win by making Wilder look bad. He made Wilder swing and miss a ton of times. But he also played into Wilder's hands by letting him extend his arms and throw those windmill punches. The change in trainers helped Fury a lot in the rematch. He got inside on Wilder, smothered his power, and made him fight standing up or backing up. Wilder doesn't have the ability to do that effectively.
@Tuffcrowd Because they're all n on it .. Bob Arun was paying Daniel MTK mob boss millions for fury to win fights .. Fury is down with Daniel MTK mob boss it's a fact....
That 12th round man the whole group I was watching with couldn't believe Wilder caught him. We were all screaming "holy shit he got him! it's over!" then all our jaws dropped when Fury got back up. we all went dead silent. then went even more ballistic! just a wild electric energy of a fight. pins and needles the whole fight and to see Wilder actually catch him would have already been an amazing fight. but it went to LEGENDARY when Fury got back up
The reason why Boxing is considered a "crooked" sport are fights where the Champion knocks down his opponent 2X in the fight and still only gets a Draw. Unless your scoring Clown Points too, Wilder clearly won the fight. But BIG Money Boxing wanted to spare Fury for more Big Paydays to come.
@@djmelodyex Yes, you do. You almost always are awarded a 10-8 round if you score a knockdown. Sometimes there are 10-7 rounds, as well. For Fury to get a draw after being knocked down twice, a judge could see him winning 8 of 12 rounds, minimum. Not that hard to figure out. (edited for clarity)
@@Marc98338 How any idiot could score this fight for Fury is beyond me. There's no way anyone can even pretend that Fury did enough to cancel out those two knockdowns. You're an absolute clown and shouldn't even be watching boxing

How the hell can anyone even pretend this is a draw after Fury hit the canvas twice like that? @@ethan76708 That's completely delusional. Most of those other rounds were dead even with Wilder winning AT LEAST one or two rounds besides the 9th and 12th. And at least one of those rounds was dead even, but I gave it to Fury anyway. It is utterly delusional to claim he won 9 rounds. There were even rounds. And there were absolutely no rounds where Wilder didn't land. He was only "outboxed" clearly in maybe one or two rounds. This "outboxed" nonsense is getting ridiculous. You don't "outbox" your opponent just because he threw more punches. You "outbox" your opponent when you land more significant punches. He didn't make Wilder look less talented in any stretch of the imagination. Wilder still landed, while Fury was just playing defense and not doing much of his own in most rounds. I'll give 4 rounds to Fury. That's the absolute best I can do. People need to accept that there are even rounds in boxing, but Fury fanboys gave every single even round to Fury and stole every round from Wilder except the two knockdowns. It's BS
@Jan Michael Vincent The Commentary was clearly biased, the fuck are you even talking about ? Getting excited is different than taking sides. " Fury's rocked" like Wilder is a god or something and Fury is just a small fry, meanwhile Fury was dodging 90 % of the punches.
@JKItsMeAlGore ...and you realize Fury is still unbelievable and would likely beat them all. Going 50 rounds while semi conscious and throwing a punch a round is incredible but it’s a different sport now.

What was the general reaction in the audience when the decision came in?
@@taejon4370 lots "Awwwww" sounds, like a gasping sound... but keep in mind, there were tons of Brits there, really rowdy folks, the dude sitting next to me was so smashed, he had like 9 beers, he got escorted out by security lol
I was there too shit was crazy
@@taejon4370 i don't remember anybody near me saying anything about a robbery. The guys next to me both was saying it was a draw before the cards were announced. The Brits near me were silent and happy to walk away with a draw after fury got flat lined. My friends that were with me thought wilder won. I agreed with the draw. I don't remember anybody saying fury got robbed. Showtime commentary and mayweather really swayed people opinion on fight. I also think people fell in love with fury story and wanted him to win.
It is crazy to me just how smart Fury is. He kept is cool and looked for proper shots. Wilder is by no means a bad fighter but the difference in boxing iq is noticable.
I mean if boxing iq had something with the general iq that means Tyson is ahead by far becuz of his genetics
@@sendmeyourlocation1145 this gotta be racist 💀
@@zageous surely it’s racist, or he genuinely thinks John fury is some kind of genius
Yea
What are u talking fury is a bitch who only can provote someone. He looks like he take drugs
Credit to the ref for allowing Fury to get back up. A lot of referees would have just called it the moment he hit the canvass like that.
It usually would be called a KO once his head bounced off the floor like it did
@@SethChillis you and the announcer both make it seem so crazy but he doesn't hit the canvas that hard, he slows his head down with his neck before it hits the mat
I thought the Ref would stop it when Wilder caught Fury again & had him on the Ropes after he got up from knock down, but World Title fight gone the distance would have been criminal to Stop the Fight then imo✌️
Fury cheated both fights..I hope Wilder beat the breaks off of him!!
@@68majortom I wish Deontay Wilder got the same opportunities to continue as Tyson Fury got
У Фьюри феноменальная реакция, он уходит от ударов легко и просто! Это от природы.😊👍💖
its funny how the commentators call "BOOM, right on the chin" when he clearly slipped the punch..
Are you taking about the shot Fury hit Wilder with in the 11th? It landed flush.
big dog fury ducks down and slams himself looking down with wilders hooks. He had that coming to him. You can't just look down and complain getting hit in the back of the head. No referee will deduct a point for that.
@@alialtinel2960ya that shot in the back of the head had to hurt.
BT just reuploaded without commentary for an international audience. Better without biased commentators:

He stunk imo
Sad seeing Chadwick Boseman in the crowd 😔
Talk about fighters
He had a draw against cancer.. reference to Norm McDonald
Yeah, can no longer watch Black Panther.
☹️
Amen R.I.P KING T'CHALLA I watched that moment in slow mo I cried when I heard he passed, he was a true fighter.

Right; made themselves look like clowns lmao
like they can stop them

Massive giants with skill to kill
@@hunchohefe310 wow good observation...sad how the boxing powers that be...know this and do nothing about it..we know why
I just watched the 3rd fight and came back to watch this one. Wilder looks so much quicker at a lighter weight. His legs had no spring in the third fight even in the first round.
Ye i thought the same thing idk why he went all the way up to almost 240, also it shows impressive furys cardio is to be 270 and be able to go 12 rounds
Thing is he’s gone old now, he looked nothing like this in the Parker fight and he was just as light
@@Lowkeylit69Wilder's ratio also ever hit 249.
Wilder: misses
Commentator: oooh big right hand followed by a left hook
Worst commentator ever Jesus
commentator: Wilder scores with a left hook
same commentator 15 sec later during the slo-mo footage of the same exchange: theres the jab and there Fury scores with the right straight
And people call sky commentary bad Jesus Christ 🤦🏻♂️
BROOO i swear that's all i saw xDD
@Ry 94 Pauli Malignaggi should be a judge. He understands boxing with no bias.
49:47 my mans got up like he was late for work lmao xD
No, he got up like the ref slapped the canvas next to his right ear, effectively waking him...which he did.

DRAGO Fury "if he dies...he dies"...throw the damn towel!...throw the damn towel." Tyson lick your blood Fury is named Tyson for a reason like Mike Tyson turn into beast, literally...ZION vs FURY...A.J. vs FURY
Love when they raise their hand to say they made it through the round
Wilder probably at his best compared to the last 2 trilogies. He stepped in the ring with pure confidence in his ability and very good stamina. In His second and last trilogy fights, He seemed very stiff and sloppy. Getting up to 238 didn’t help him either. He just looked very slow in their last fight together and was gassed by about the third round.
Agreed. But man he showed heart in that third fight.

One of the most biased commentators I’ve ever heard.
@Leon Barnett smoking meth?
Yeah it seemed anytime Wilder threw a punch even if it didn't land these announcers would make it seem like the punches were landing. And of course the crowd would oohhh and ahhh and the haymakers that was being thrown but nothing was landing.
Nick Lovett I knew something was off. Good pick up
As Nick said..PBC stooge. They can't put Showtime's feed because of licencing so they slap their sign in the corner and give some fool a mic.
You should listen the commentary of Joe Rogan then
Incredibly Fury was not only able to get up after that smashing 1-2 knock down, he seemed totally unfazed by it, and a few seconds later was the aggressor.
man got an iron chin
@@Aerochalklate maybe not an iron chin since he did get wiped out there but he does have an iron will. That makes more of a difference than a chin of any material.
@@Beer-can_full_of_toes Uhh are you kidding me? Wilder is one of the strongest punchers in the history of boxing and Fury fought him three times and Wilder could not KO him. Fury has a solid steel chin!
@@dbodooley I agree. What I was saying is wilder turned Fury’s lights off for a couple seconds. He got up and answered the count but he was out for a moment. That’s all I was pointing out. To any boxer with less power than wilder fury has a chin made of AR500 steel. Even then it only happened once from the guy with the most power recorded in boxing.
The little kisses on the cheek they shared was so wholesome, I appreciate great sportsmanship like that

After rewatching this fight. Wilder definitely won this fight. How can one judge have fury winning 114 to 110. Insane. Widler definitely won the first fight in the trilogy. One of the best fights of all time regardless.
