Sam Tarver I said whoever shut down Atari after RCT 3. They have a new team now, and they aren't doing so well. RCT 4 is horrid, and we can only hope they vastly improve RCT World.

I really hope this will be a true next gen theme park sim, I am getting a bit tired of things coming out which have barely moved forward from the 1990s, people love this genre of game as you have seen with cities skylines. It deserves a really innovative effort bringing something graphically and mechanically amazing to the table.
I've never seen a game with better graphics, especially because it's so bright and playful-looking, yet in other DLCs (like the Spooky DLC) it still has its own asthetic. Love the shading as well!
The Most Satisfying trailer I have ever seen. I love the music (Lady Antebellum), I love the scenery, I just love the trailer. I have seen in-game things and the game looks amazing and it is only in Alpha! THAT IS AMAZING! I am excited to see where the game goes and I am soon to buy the Early Bird Pass so I can get in with the fun! I don't know how many times I am going to watch this trailer but I love it!

It's a perfect contrast to the roller coaster tycoon trailer. Which is technically honest, but I don't know why they decided that switching from pre-rendered cinematic graphics to shitty mobile graphics in the middle of the trailer.
I grew up playing Roller Coaster Tycoon... it's been like 15 years! I actually cried a little watching this cuz I can actually see myself thru that guy in the video, confused at first, but finally achieved what he wanted and ended up with a masterpiece.
I remember when this trailer landed and you were offering pre-orders on the basis with this trailer and a blog post, and I was grossly skeptic. Yet you won me over when you showed the terrain tools. What I really love about this trailer is animated trailers like this don't even represent game play often, from the game play I've seen, you can build that exact park in game
+The Waifu Master Only two of the themes are implemented, as well as a lit of missing scenery items. I'm confident you'll be abel to build a park almost exactly like this when the full game ships. The graphics aren't quite at good (I think the trailer is a lot more colourful) but that's to be expected since it's a tycoon game.

I remember playing the Alpha back in 2016 for this game, which was linked to the Frontier app not Steam when it was in Alpha. The transition over to Steam for the final version was seamless. Frontier is awesome for making fantastic sandbox simulation games. Very uplifting. Bo is an awesome community manager.
Wow, this one completely slipped past my radar! I agree with other comments that a demo view or additional screens for the UI would be nice. At least RCTW has done that so far. Regardless, I'll likely end up owning this one as well. Look forward to seeing more!

I can't believe I just found out about this game today! I just had a marathon through most of your videos. I can feel the passion behind this game, and I haven't been so excited in such a long time for a game like this one. It reminds me of the days of old growing up with Sim Theme Park, RCT 1, 2, and 3. Haha. I hope to have a gaming PC by the time the full game releases... ... And that Dino must be the mascot of this game! Haha.

Actually the mascot of the game is King Coaster but there's other mascots depending on the buildings you place.
Do not play RCT World. Dont do it, it will spoil the entire RCT franchise :(
