    I'm glad they didn't crush these when Cash For Clunkers was happening. Some really cool stuff.

    Wow some very kool cars there, that 2 door 58 Pontiac at 50.06 in the video, such a rare and sought after car here in England UK and over there in the US. I enjoyed your video, thanks. Greetings from a 56 Oldsmobile Rocket 88 Holiday, 56 Packard Coupe and 56 Lincoln Coupe owner here in England UK.

    Oh, that’s an awesome video. I wish I could get in that junkyard for a day or two Sawyer and Keegan’s knowledge of cars is awesome.

      Thanks again! This was an amazing junkyard. I would definitely recommend a visit to anyone that is in the area. The boys knowledge on cars surprises me sometimes. Especially when it comes to foreign cars.

    I guess their are cars for ever taste but the ones you are looking at are the ones I drag home if they were free, unless I had a buyer waiting on me! There have been one or two you have walked by I liked and would drag home!!!

    I would like to go there and check out the really neat cars and trucks you walked by!

      Yeah, there is something like 6,000 cars there. We kind of focus on the ones that catch our attention. We try to film a variety of vehicles. Obviously, with that many cars someone is going to see something in the background that interests them that we don't focus on. These videos are meant to give people an idea of what these yards are like. I would recommend to every viewer to go in person.

    I saw a triumph TR7 sports car, I owned one of these in late 70s early 80s nearest nothing car I ever owned, every time I drove it I had some kind of issue, mostly electrical and mechanical! Also owned a 924 Porsche mid 80s another pos, I wouldn't give an early bettle for a new 924, I owned several VWs in the late sixetys early seventys, tough as nails, with a pair of pliers and a piece of baler wire you could repair it anywhere anytime!

      I hear you, my channel is nothing like the vision that I have for it in my head. But hey, even the early videos on the biggest channels can be pretty crude. I have a busy weekend, but I'm going to watch a few of your videos this week. Just keep making content! I'm still shocked 1,488 people like our videos enough to subscribe!!

    Awesome video! I just recently found TH-cam channel the other day, should I say you and your boys channel. I don’t know how I found these videos, but I’m glad I did. 😅 I just binged watched all y’all’s videos. I guess, with me searching for cj5 parts or l was looking up how to videos and your Belton swap meet video was first video I watched. I grew up in Belton and never knew that place was that big. I always seen the cars off the highway, but never knew there was more. I love how you have your boys involved and they’re so thrilled to see the old cars!!
    Do you have plans on going out of Texas to any other yards to look?
    I also I have heard that Mexico still has lots of classic cars down there.

      Hi Josh. First I want to say "Thank You" so much for watching all of our videos!! I'm glad to hear that you like them enough to watch all of them! That's awesome!! As for checking out junkyards that are outside of Texas we would love to do that. We know of a few, but just haven't made the trip yet. I guess it was easier to get the big yards in our state before hitting the road out of Texas. I do have an invitation to go to a yard in Louisiana, but its a modern junkyard. It would be cool to go to Junkyards in Mexico but anything like that would be further down the line. Once again Thanks for watching and were glad to have you as a part of the DSJ community!

    Hello my AMC friend, I have been watching your videos on the Javelin and just watched you removing the fuel tank. You talked about getting a new tank because of all the rust so I am interested in buying the old sending unit that is in the tank. I'm also looking for a Javelin windshield wiper switch.Would you please let me know how to get hold of you? Bob

    • @downsouthjunking8180
      @downsouthjunking8180  9 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      I think that Charger was one of their project vehicles. Still neat to see in a junkyard. Yeah, I never heard of the Milan. Rare, but definitely not my style. Yes, the Impala should be in the next video. Sorry about making it the picture for this video and it not bieng in here. I try not to do that, but it has happened two or three times.

    Why do junk yard hunters have to mention the no motor or drive chain drive is destroyed when 99% of buyers are going to either pull parts or restore the car with an upgraded motor usually an LS puke
