Im back from hilton convention I had booked triple bed room but got double one. When asked about it they just said they will put an additional bed which was not fit in the small room Anyway its my travel agent who booked the hilton for us and i have not been able to get my points Can you help please how can i get back my points i stayed for 7 days and loss all these points. Salam sis based on your experiences does Hilton suites Makkah offer complementary iftar/ suhoor during Ramadan for diamond members? If not which Hilton brands do?
Diamond gets breakfast anyways which is suhoor they don't want to five iftar. Conrad however which I stay there over ramadan give gold and diamond suhoor but as diamond you also get lounge access and their buffet last year and the year before was excellent. I believe this year will be the same. I just realised today I never posted a youtibe video of the lounge, so will do that this week.
conrad had buffet style last year with several dishes etc. for me it was worth it. i have been going in ramadan for years and the first few was bad im glad they improved it. @@Flas1007

Normally at the conrad and hilton convention. You get upgrade,breakfast and lounge access. They will automatically give you these at check in. The upgrade is always upon availability of course

Salaam, I heard Double tree by Hilton Jabal Omar currently has no shuttle service, is this correct and do you know if this is temporary?
I have not heard anything like this. The best option is to call the hotel and ask.

Salams no, it doesnt sadly. The hyatt doesn't have views only small ones because the intercontinental blocks it

Marriot and Hilton are in front the Haram.so there is no Shuttle.

they need PCR but not many countries give 2 doses to 12 yrs olds. Also they cant enter the masjid
