- Be aware about some mistakes with Tourist Visa or visa on arrival. In Jeddah we couldn't get Visa on Arrival with holding a valid Umrah Visa. And on return flight, we were surprised, that the maximum stay for Tourist visa is no logner 180 Days but 90 Days in total.

I live in Saudi Arabia but my parents are EU residents and want to visit me so I called the Saudi tourism number - 930.
They confirmed that they can arrive at any Saudi airport and obtain the visa on arrival. Also, they have informed all the airlines about the new visa on arrival
and therefore there is no restriction on traveling on other airlines, although she said it's safer to travel with their national carrier to avoid problems at boarding
the flight as they are updated and informed about all the new rules.

Pegasus Airlines is only accepting if you have a unlimited validity residency
In my country (South Africa), you still have to get the visa via the embassy and they only deal with travel agents. The problem with travel agents is that their charge a lot for the visa application process ($350 or 1 315 Riyals). So it's a bit challenge to get n Umrah visa our side and even moreso that one still has other expenses.

the problem ist, that all islamic countries (except 2 or 3 of them) has to take umrah visa, and for umra visa costs are higher. There is a saudi company involved so you have to pay for their services also you would never need and so on. And the compay who gives visa do not demand too much for ther services. Mostly the costs are paid to saudi company.

no there is no more check for menengitis vaccine by entering saudi arabia. with tourist e visa. just embassies are controlling the vaccine for umrah visa.

the condition to fly with a national airline like saudia, flynas is lifted.
but still there are some airlines who denies passengers with visa on arrival plan. So be adviced to contact the airline you want to travel.

no unfortunately onply payments with regular credit cards are allowed. Debit cards are not working. 3 days ago a customer called me from jeddah airport, we made for them normal tourist visa and sent as pdf. They got german passports. so dont try with debit cards.

AsSalamualaikum Jazak Allah khair brother for the update. Insha Allah we are traveling to Medina end of Nov 2022 on a 90-day touristic visit visa (on a USA passport) from Turkey. We have dual nationality (USA and Turkish) is it possible to extend another 90-days (total 180-days stay) by exiting and reentering from Jordan's border?
Also, do Turkish citizens get a 90-day touristic visa for Saudia Arabia as well? Can we apply online for our Turkish passport?
with a turksih paspport you cannot get a visa on arrival as you are not holding a green card. Turkish passports are for visa on arrival only eligible, if they have a visa or residency in US, UK or EU.
And i am not sure, if you can apply for visa in one year 2 times, after staying 90 days inside the kingdom.

not all carrier take passengers for visa on arrival. pegasus is asking e.g. for permit of residence with unlimited validity.

Last year when I was going to Riyadh to visit my son, the immigration stopped me. It was hard to explain them about VOA. I was lucky that at last they allowed me to fly. I am planning to go again. I am afraid that they can stop me again. I just have an arabic number on my passport written by the immigration officer at Saudi airport at the time of my entry. Is there any website from where I can take out any paper of my VOA with this number ? It might help me to show at immigration at my country's airport.
this was unfortunately a casa, we have seen too much. Airlines were not informed or they didnt inform their own staff, immigration had problems. but now it is solved. and if you have a visa number in your passport, this is your valid visa inshaAllah

Both passports are eligible for visa on arrival. Trt to use your evisa first. Consulates dont cancel visa if not intentially desired

Carrier like Wizz or Pegasus are a little bit strong to work. Wizz Air i dont have any experience, but Pegasus demands for Visa on arrival a permanent resident card and not a time limited which you have one.

no thisis not true. Only at hajj zamzam was provided fo haj visa holders.
with a british passport i would never take the visa on arrival. You have to wait there and dont know how long. And the price diffrerent is around 20-25 dollar. Take the e visa

Definitely suggest getting visa online prior to travel. Its slight more expensive but the visa is instantly issued (I was able to get the visa issued for me, wife and kids instantly- we have American passport).

visa fee is the same even for infants. but with italian passports you can also get evisa before you travel

ILR is not a real permission of residency so i wont risk it.
ILR is called indefinite leave to remain which close to having a British passport so yh definitely it will be ok, you get residents permit card for 5 years and then you apply for ILR and then apply for British Passport my wife will apply next year Inshaa Allah. yes, but be aware not all airlines accept people with visa on arrival. E.g. you can fly with turkish airlines with your visa.

Man darf iher die Visa nicht durcheinanderbringen.
Touristenvisa = evisa das man mit deutschem oder besser gesagt europaeischem Pass online bekommen kann.
Visa on Arrival = jeder der in der Schengen Eu oder USA lebt oder ein Vsium hat, kann auch in Jedddah ein Visum bekommen.
Umrah Visum = kann nur über Veranstalter gebucht werden,
Mit Touristenvisum und Visa on Arrival kann man aber auch Umrah machen, um keine Missverstaendnisse einzugehen.

normally, anadolujet acts like turkish airlines. so all regulations for turkish airlines is also valid for anadolujet. So there is no poblem travelling with them. Bu be aware, do not expect the same quality turkish airlines offers.

if you have geman citizinship, why not getting evisa before travel. it is a little bit more expensive (like 20 us dollar) , but you dont be afraid of not been boarded. of course visa on arrival is also possible

of course it is possible. If you hold a normal passport and use your schengen visa one time, saudi arabia will grant you a visa on arrival.
dont forget you can only pay with credit card in jeddah the visa fee.
with visa on arrival you can perform umrah as well.
what is important, you should double check de information which is entered in the system. passport number, visa number birth date, otherwise you cannot register on the nusk app. best wishes

Brother, i dont know too much of BRP. And as i read some articles about it, i am sure, that this typ of permission will not be accepted.
And for travelling with visa on arrival dont use wizz air, as these airlines dont have any experience and dont have any station managers at the airport who can help you in case they will not accept your permission.
Sometimes its the wrong way to pick the cheapest version for flights especially when a new visa system has been introduced. In your case i wont even try to fly with saudia or turkish airlines.

this is right brother, there is no ifromtation for spouses if you are holding a eu nationality or us. but i advise you to contact the saudi airline in paris and ask them if they will carry you.

I have a European passport day after 2days I have flight for Jeddah I arrange transit for Umrah and get evisa online but I got a mistake in name , I don’t have time to go the embassy and without cancellation the visa I can’t apply for new visa .
What can o do now? If I go Jedda can I find a solution instantly there or they refuse me to entry and perform Umrah .

Inadvise not to show the airlines ypur visa otherwise they will deny you boarding. Arrived in Jeddah gondirect to immigration. I am sure they will accept ypur visa. As the see the visa on passport bumber and nationality. Name mistakes are not a big issue.
It’s really helpful, but name mistake not just small in my case, cause I have two part of my name , first name and second name but in visa form I saw middle name with use fathers name , I put fathers name and finally it’s show in visa ….my name and my fathers name together

for your mother in law it is definitely not possible.
for your family you shoul apply for tourist visa, if your profession allows it. there is a list for this matter

normally it can be a limited residency permit. But some airlines make trouble. Better to ask the carrier in your location. e.g in Lyon turkish airlines counter at the airport. If they carry you, the immigration will grant you visa on arrival.

For Qatar airways i am not sure, as we didnt get any official statement from Qatar Airways regarding visa on arrival. To ensure this, better contact your local Qatar Airways in the united states. For Turkish airilens we have an official statement.

You can fly from anywhere to saudi arabia. But in your case you have to apply for vias before your travel.
Asalam’aylakum I am intending on going umrah with family of 5. Can you advice me if I would buy evisa or visa on arrival? The flight is booked after Ramadan 26th of May - 31st of May in Makkah and 31st - 3rd of June in Madinah. Do you know the rules about doing umrah on tourist visa after Ramadan and 1 month before Hajj as a lot of travel agencies are not booking anyone beyond 16th May saying it is risky as you may not get tourist visa due to the fact it is so close to Hajj season? I am hoping to just get visa on arrival and anticipate no refusal for the 5 of us or shall I book tourist evisa online ?
tourist visa is valid for 1 year so you can get your visa also now and dont wait until you wanna travel.
but what they want to clarify is, that airlines dont accept people on flights to makkah and madinah with tourist visa for a specific period. the month after shawwal is possible for umrah. but not Thul Qada. And 26 May is normally not a umrah month.

lufthansa is travelling to riyadh and i am not sure if they accept travellers for visa on arrival
especially when it is less than 1 year. With a Us visa which was used one time he is eligible, but i advise to contact lufthansa if they do accept you

e.g. my group in october we had one afgani woman, who has a german resident permit card but i made umrah visa, cannot risk the denied boarding.

But with foreign airlines you could get problems other than jeddah madinah. There was a person wtih umrah visa rejected by turkish airlines on the flihgt from istanbul to dammam.
