Hey guys! I am Helen, and my head is not my strongest point. You see… I don’t have half the brain.
I've always been ... well, normal. I argued, I had fights with parents, I had a cold sometimes… but that’s typical, right? So, I still can’t understand how it all happened.
At about 12 I had headache for the first time. No, not in the sense for the first time in my life - I was sick before, but aspirin and pills from my mom’s first aid kit always helped. But then it turned into a real, full-blown migraine, and it was not an an ordinary headache any longer.
I lounged in bed for about a day. Then I got up and went on, doing my homework and making up the magic puzzle my grandma bought me. My parents only sympathised me, but they did not get worried, because my mom had migraines too. Kinda hereditary or something.
A lot of people live without brain at all and they feel fantastic about it

Well... I heard that some part of the stomach has also some functions the brain has, but I don't think that those people lived very long...

One side of the brain is for logic and science while the other for art and creativity you just lose the logical side of your brain.

Living with half a brain isn't all that bad it's actually a good thing I was watching Ripley's Believe it or not one time about a kid with half a brain and that got me thinking how did that happen

You know what if I had your talent of drawing and stuff and playing instruments and everything I would spend that I would be happy because you know what you can do you could draw the people that you don't remember and write their names down and you would remember them you would say oh this is my dad and then you remember him keep it as a journal and and just draw him and color him in and then you'll know it's him not fake then he doesn't need to meet you in the kitchen or meet you anywhere and talk to you you'll know it's your dad and you'll remember your friends because you draw them so and if you don't remember the numbers and stuff maybe your mom can help you and write everything down for you it's true you lost half your mind but it doesn't matter what matters is you're still alive and you're still doing what you like can't be always thinking of of what you could have been think of the positive side you're still alive that's better nothing that's how I see so that's all I have to say
I feel you when I was seven years old my brain had to be cut in half like yourself. And the reason why my brain was cut in half because I ruptured Aniresume (I hope I spelled it right) it was on my right side of my brain and my brain was dieing not many people survive it I'm very lucky person so you and me have some thing in common.

I’ve suffered from migraines from the age of 6 I had high BP could have had a heart attack age 10
Had two ops to help with migraines
They helped mostly but still suffer from them they make me feel very ill and sometimes sick

*I actually live with chronic migraine and seizures. But doctors don't know why I have either...* *I'm in my late 20's and had my first seizure about 5 years ago, it was in my sleep.* *(A lot of them have been in my sleep)* *my boyfriend at the time was the who witnessed it and called for help, so my roommates called 911.* *So if anything I could have been having seizures for a long time prior but just never knew because I was obviously alone while sleeping.* *But anywho the migraines I can relate to completely, I go days where I can't even leave my home.* *I've lost multiple jobs because I just can't work, it's impossible.* *People who haven't experienced a migraine tend to think it's like a bad headache and let me tell you it's not like that.* *If it was like that it be a bad headache x10 and you would add on sensitivity to lights, nausea, blurry vision, sensitivity to sound, teeth pain, soreness in eyes, insomnia, paranoia... Etc. It comes it a number of things especially with as the number of days builds up of you not sleeping.* *I'm actually in that process right now, I haven't been able to sleep in two days because of this migraine I've had so I may seem like I'm rambling as well I do apologize actually.* *In my mind this doesn't seem that long but now looking at this..... It looks like a damn novel and probably makes no damn sense.* *Lmao*

I heard a lot of stores just like yours People who lose half their brain or Brain damage Even if you can't be where you want to be It's best to try your best And keep on trying. Try looking Up people just like you it might help.
You should be thankful that you can still see and still alive. I am vision impaired and cannot paint and have a hard time reading books so I don't want to hear the sob story no offense I know we have SOB stories we all do but pick yourself up by your bootstraps and you what you can
She is doing this that people need to be born with such talents. N she simply got it. She needs to be gratefull of all this or in other brain surgery, people turn into vegetable state. How could she not embrace that wake up call.?!
Things may not always go the way we hope they will but it said everything happens for a reason maybe you need to find that reason I wish you the best of luck my young friend

I have TBI which means traumatic brain injury. I’m mentally disabled with it comes anxiety and emotional disorder. Emotional disorder means I have difficulty controlling my emotions. I have also have trouble falling asleep which leads to insomnia.
This video HAS to be faked because if you can't use your limbs to put food into your mouth, how can you play musical instruments, draw, or paint without use of both hands? It doesn't make any sense.
I dream of being a creative but I can't I don't have the coordination because my brain tumor surgery my fine motor skills are gone
I used to have seizures when I was born till I was 7 I was born mentally slow and the doctor said to my mom he's not going to be good with math but he will be good with his hands meaning that I can fix certain things
the thing is that if u only have half a brain half of your body will be paralyzed

After having a brain op would mean to start one side of the body won’t work so if u have your left side removed then the right hand side won’t work so your right will have to learn to control all parts of the body

She can use the paintbrush, hold the violin to her shoulder, hold a poem, but can't use eating utensils? This does not make sense. Her right side of her body should be totally limp after that operation. This video HAS to be fake.
