You forgot the most important mineral for the prostate...Zinc. Dr Berg showed normal prostate contains Around 780 mcg Zinc, BHP has 450 mcg and Prostate Cancer has only 280 mcg...😢
Great point! Zinc is indeed crucial for prostate health. It's known to support normal prostate function, and deficiencies can be linked to issues like BPH and prostate cancer. Thanks for sharing this important information! 😊
CONGRATULATIONS: One free method to reduce prostate size is to boil cornsilk and drink it daily in the morning. Some vitamins, like B vitamins and vitamin C, can be sensitive to heat and may lose potency during boiling. However, chickpeas are rich in other nutrients, like protein, fiber, and minerals, which remain stable during cooking. To preserve more vitamins, you can try steaming or cooking chickpeas at a lower temperature. 😊

Saw palmetto is commonly used as a natural remedy for enlarged prostate (BPH). It may help reduce urinary symptoms like frequent urination and improve urine flow by potentially balancing hormone levels. Many people find it beneficial, but results can vary.
I am 62 yrs old. I have urinal problems. But i don't have pain. How can i know / find any prostate issue still to me. My *PSA* is 2.8 in January, 2024 and July, 2024 PSA is 1.856. HBA1C is *6.00* I am taking *Urimax D* Kindly confirm shall I continue to take *Urimax D*.
It's great that you're monitoring your PSA levels and HBA1C closely. The decrease in your PSA levels from 2.8 to 1.856 is a positive sign, and your HBA1C level of 6.0 indicates well-controlled blood sugar, which is important for overall health. Urinal problems can sometimes indicate prostate issues, but since you're not experiencing pain and your PSA levels have decreased, it's a good idea to continue following your doctor's advice regarding Urimax D. This medication is commonly prescribed to manage prostate symptoms and improve urinary flow. However, I strongly recommend discussing your recent test results and any concerns with your healthcare provider. They can give you the most accurate guidance on whether to continue taking Urimax D or if any adjustments are needed based on your current health status. Always consult your doctor before making any changes to your medication regimen. 😊
