300m time trial | Track and Field

Yesterday we did a 300m time trial.
I ended up running 35.95s to secure the dub.
I am happy with this time, especially since Its only the beginning of October and we’ve haven’t touched any speed endurance workouts. The most volume of running in a single session we have done is 1200m worth(once a week). For ex: 6x200m or 8x150m

False start all around! Terrible umpire. Feel sorry for lane 7 guy.

@@StrykThaScene Lane 7 moved and then rocked back as others were going forward. Should have been a re-start. Even with that big disadvantage, Lane 7 still won. Just a fun race so no problem.
