The fact that the Mom is still obsessing on her daughter not being a virgin after finding out her grandchild is DEAD at the bottom of a TRASH can is infuriating. She's 19!!! It's unreasonable and unhealthy to expect your ADULT daughter to report details of her private ADULT intimate relationships. Like other similar cases, Mom and daughter have an unhealthy dependent relationship. There are no boundaries. So, while the daughter is 19, she's still being treated like a child. Therefore, she still THINKS like a child. She throws the baby in the trash and continues denying she was pregnant despite the test results.
Let’s work on comprehension! The mom is upset that the girl didn’t tell her she was having sex because she would’ve bought her items so she can practice safe sex. The mom was upset because it could’ve all been preventable had she told the mom she was active.
@@justjustjust122but she’s actually and quite literally an adult. Her mother does NOT need to hover over her sex life anymore. I just hope they don’t give her just a slap on the wrist. I think the hospital did nothing wrong. Followed protocol all the while the mother and daughter were not being truthful. The medications she was given were given only after they ran a pregnancy test. The charge nurse and maybe some others said that when a woman, especially a young woman comes in with back pain they alway run a urinalysis because it could be a UTI or kidney infection. Also the always run a pregnancy test before giving meds. I was in the operating room at 32 to get my gallbladder removed and they asked me if there was any chance I could be pregnant. That question had already been asked me as they were in a room getting my iv hooked up. I thought it was funny that they had asked me again. I told them “ I don’t know…anything is possible!” I was kinda laughing. I was married with a 3 year old. They stopped everything and did a pregnancy test before moving forward. I’m betting they were not happy with me being so silly but they did their job! This was years and years ago. I would imagine a pregnancy test is done on every female now before medication is administered. Alexee’s lawyer seems to think they drugged her up and the hospital is responsible for the baby’s death.

I was 16 years old when I had my first baby yes it’s scary to be confronted from your parents if you’re sex active worst pregnant but never in my mind would I have done this to my baby boy wth was going in her mind ?!! She was 19 years old … old enough to make her own decisions !
Same I had my daughter at 17 and I was terrified to tell my mama. But I never would’ve thought to do this. I never thought about ending the pregnancy I never thought about any of that. My baby girl is 26 years old and has two beautiful children of her own and has a wonderful mother and productive member of society and handles her business. I’m so so proud of her
The more I hear about AT I think she was hoping the autopsy would find that weight loss pills ended her baby's life . She would claim she didn't know she was PG and avoid prosecution. She had a 3.8 GPA so I think she knew exactly what was going on. Can't have an abortion, can't give up for adoption, and unwillingly to raise a child. She's 19 so she is responsible .
Not condoning what this girl did IN ANY WAY! But this is why all parents should make a safe space for their kids to be able to tell them anything. If she wasn’t so afraid of what her mother would say about a near 19 YEAR OLD having sex , than just maybe this would have been avoided. I’m a parent myself , and I always tell my kids , no matter what you do ,mom will always be there for you. You can tell me anything.
Alexee mom is overbearing, controlling to the extreme answering questions for Alexee, Why didn't she demand Alexee open that door, the mom never went back down that hall, 20 minutes and a control freak didn't go back to check on Alexee,, the mom knew....
Clearly for whatever reason, she is responsible for the baby’s death due to suffocation but regarding the hospital staff: The fault of the doctor and may be the nurse for not trying to act quick and perhaps find and save the baby, was that they assumed that she had a miscarriage although they knew she was a pregnant teenager before she went to the bathroom, they knew she had severe back pain which if you are pregnant, most of the time is a sure sign that you are in labor, and they knew she was clearly upset, in denial and/or in shock and scared, then she ran to the bathroom with so much pain and came out after 18 mins with a lot of blood. How as an experienced medical professional, the possibility of giving birth and labor would not cross your mind at that moment when she came back from the bathroom, is beyond me….A lot of you would argue that it is logical to assume miscarriage because they hadn’t found the baby yet but an experienced and skilled doctor dealing with a messed up pregnant teen who came out of the bathroom with so much blood after almost 20 minutes, will be able to think outside of the box and consider the possibility of labor, run to the bathroom, find the baby and quickly get to work to clean the baby’s air ways and do whatever they do to try to revive and make the baby cry. But, it is also very possible that she could have given birth right after entering the bathroom and spent the next 10 mins cleaning while the baby suffocated in the plastic bag inside the trash can, so by the time she exited the bathroom, the baby was long gone but this still doesn’t change the fact that the medical professionals misdiagnosed her situation after she came out of the bathroom.
