      Thanks,on the first trial run I had to wrestle with
      the bag too much.I figured to hell with that, you already have enough to wrestle with trying to build things.

    Nice. I think a bigger one would be great for 2+ people but the original mud mixer was likely designed to be able to use with just one person thus the 3" output but I think cuz your auger is an inch smaller than the pipe its not pushing enough volume so maybe try to increase the auger size just below 3" and see how the output is first & also maybe widen the intake in the bin. The oem mud mixer mixes pretty fast for one person in my opinion from watching videos. Anyways GL on your next build.

    If you are looking for convenience - order cement truck
    If you are looking for low cost - get your cement and aggregates and use cement mixer or for smaller projects mix it by hand!
    But of you looking for YT content - build ready-mix-mixer out of junk :D

    • @WeberMachineWorks
      @WeberMachineWorks  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Sure I would also say to order a cement truck when ever possible,but when you cant for what ever reason this is another option if you don't want to deal with mixing and measuring the separate ingredients .This was a test to see if I could make
      this type of cement mixer with what I had laying around .Next one will be scaled up .

    I dont think you really need that midevil spike hand poker there.. just a little wavy thin piece of metal will cut a bag in two. Maybe 2 spikes at most.. i could forsee the loader getting a little winded and drop a mitt on it and have a bad day..

    • @WeberMachineWorks
      @WeberMachineWorks  19 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Thanks, I appreciate your input.I tried a semi sharpened thin wavy piece and had to wrestle
      with the bag a little most of the time.I didn't want
      to wrestle any with the bag especially when you start getting tired.Maybe I went a little too aggressive,but man did it solve that problem.
      Perforating the bag just right is the key.
      Medieval spikes,I hadn't thought of that.
      That is going to crack me up for a while.
      Good one.😃
