But no one is asking for regime change in Lebanon. Just that the regime enforces the international agreements it’s signed on. Hizbollah is NOT the government of Lebanon, it is IN the government of Lebanon, and acts as its own army outside the interests of Lebanon

I'm an American but I'm increasingly worried that our government is starting to assume that we can keep doing whatever they want and the world will put up with it.
Why is it that Israel domestic/foreign policy is also 100% our policy. What has Hezbollah done to the US other than AIPAC telling US politicians that you better take care of this and send free weapons to Israel? Otherwise, we will campaign you out of your seat in Congress.

@@harrydestaffano565 Most people want the hostages free, on both sides. The only ones who don't seem to be Israel. Have a look at the Israeli lawyer for the hostages who claims that Hamas offered to return the hostages on October 9th if they didn't invade, but Israel refused.

It was a call for regime change before Oct 7th and it is still a call for regime change after Oct 7th.
The only difference now is that U.S.-backed Israeli terrorist forces have slaughtered, invaded, and are actively carrying out the regime change, with U.S. approval, backing, money, weapons, intelligence, and protection at the UNSC.
If we claim that Iran and Hezbollah are responsible for Oct 7th due to their training, financing and arming of Hamas, then we in the U.S. are equally complicit in the genocide in Gaza and now Lebanon for EXACTLY the same reasons. Using the word “terrorist” doesn’t change a thing. We called the terrorists we armed, trained, and financed in Syria to carry out a failed regime change “rebels”. And we call the terrorists in Israel whom we arm, train, and finance to carry out regime change in Gaza and Lebanon “defense forces”. This is what Orwell warned us of.
