Its called driving. These old cars are much more inovlved, fun to drive and skill based. Anybody can go fast in a brand new skyline but the drive is simply boring. Computer does it all. Throttle is all electronic/computer.. GARBAGE... Give me an old throttle cable.
@@AnthroGearhead neither of those cars can be considered high tech these days, the 300zx was a simple car. I used to drive a 2+2 93. Great car but interference motor :(
My fav part with those movies were the red R31 one when he won the race and the inspector comes in to nail him for tuning & street racing. But, stock engine bay: "You didn't change any parts, you only flashed and re-tuned the ECU!" (or something to that effect) so he got away with it 😁

R32 AWD system was hightech of corse.. Still a monster machine with a HP increase and proper driver today.
