    • @NotEvenOverThere
      @NotEvenOverThere 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@charlestonw801sthe didn’t build up his shin conditioning properly after injury most fighters don’t because we don’t expect our bones to reshape back to normal but it’s called the musculoskeletal system for a reason our bones and muscles work in a very similar fashion. So once he broke one leg he took time and rested, but what he didn’t do was keep conditioning the other one, leading to this result.

    • @rylandavis2976

      Why would you expect him to instantly realize it was broken. Balance is not always a voluntary process, especially if you are in a very stressful situation you aren't thinking about it at all, just like you're not thinking about breathing. Your brain says oh dang my falling better try to plant my leg. It can take awhile to really realize how severe your injury is. When I broke my hip back and pelvis I didn't feel anything except for some pretty mild pain for about 10 minutes and even at 10 minutes it wasn't really super bad, it took a full 30 minutes for it to really peak

    Once you break that bone it’s forever going to break easier. Same with any other bone injury. The only exceptions are if you had the bone reinforced with surgical steel .

    • @XB_4200
      @XB_4200 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Are those breaks ever not reinforced with steel?

    • @aaronjones5742
      @aaronjones5742 ปีที่แล้ว +8

      @@XB_4200 yes? The majority of brakes are not reinforced with steel. That is reserved for terrible injuries. Most bone brakes don’t need to be reset bc most brakes are minor fractures. And even if they do need reset, they usually don’t require steel they just need a cast to hold everything in place until the bone heals itself. Most brakes are very minor fractures. Even with the majority of serious brakes, they don’t require surgical steel. That is reserved for the most traumatic of brakes. Most brakes will heal themselves as long as they’re put in a cast. Surgical steel is only used in gruesome brakes.

      Same thing goes for dislocating knees, right ?

    • @aaronjones5742
      @aaronjones5742 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@raydenshumock I would assume so. My understanding is that most dislocations are relatively routine and doctors are able to just put the joint back into place. The issues arise when other injuries are sustained with the dislocations. Ie: bone breaks and muscle tears. Some dislocations can require surgery if they’re severe enough and at that point may potentially need steel hardware but that’s usually only for traumatic bone breaks where they need additional help holding the bones in place while they heal.

    The thing that's missing, is that when Uriah Hall was in TUF, Jon Jones was his coach and there is at least one interview when Jon jones says that he has a fighter who is very like Anderson Silva and he was talking about Uriah Hall. So, Chris Wiedman broke Anderson's leg while just checkin it and then Anderson wasn't the same ever and later Chris Weidman broke his leg to Uriah Hall that Jon said is very alike Anderson. Do you see the relation yet? The spirit of Anderson, Jon and Uriah come from the same place. Real Recognises Real. And I always thought Uriah was a fantastic fighter but didn't just push himself enough and hence couldn't get to the level of Anderson and Jones. But what I am trying to say is much deeper than this and only a few of you would see it. The ones who know the fighter in you and let's just say the slave of GOD in you. Maybe 'slave' isn't the right word but you should know what I am saying by now otherwise it is just deaf ears and blind eyes.
