Wow, that last point of not being afraid is spot on. I am 43 now and have never been in a fight. Avoid confrontation with everyone. Its who i am. Its who my parents are. Avoid confrontation bc it could escalate and you can get arrested, have a criminal record and ruin the rest of your life. Just walk away. I have anxiety about most things when it comes to other human interaction… and when things go left, the only way I’ve learned to deal with this it, is to hit the other person (only men obviously) Disrespect is the one thing I cant go along with. Just goes to show you how different we all are
@@MilkyWayGalaxyy No. Situations that could’ve been handled a different way, but because of my fear and anxiety, it often lead me to punching that person who cause said situation. An example being, a guy mocking me in front of a group of people. The anxiety of not wanting to be the center of attention, to have everyone looking at me, would cause me to punch the person mocking me instead of thinking of a different approach. I’m not saying I went around punching people. I’m just trying to say, when certain situations happened, that’s how I reacted. And I’m not saying I won every fight either. I guess, I was thinking in terms of situations like you mentioned with the cop. Those are the times I would react like that and often times it had to do with anxiety and fear and a lack of coping mechanisms.

It’s a good place and I barely saw any kids breaking a sweat. My first year wrestling I was going live with kids twenty pounds heavier and dripping sweat, it’s just a different beast and different mental toughness that’s built out the gate.
At the end where he says everyone should learn some form of fighting. I 100% agree, I trained Muay Thai and believe that a human being that possess that skill are better for it. But…. To say it gives you confidence, yes in certain situations but man do I have anxiety in Ohio from how strapped everyone is. I’m from England and a good scrap is a good way to settle a dispute, I see too many people on Twitter getting shot at bars and stuff because people do not respect weapons. Yeah thst attitude, commitment, and ability can be applied to a few countries there. Just started school for carpentry with this kid half my age from Afghanistan. Looks like these Dagestan guys. Cauliflower ears. Turns out we'd bath started at the same Muay Thai club. People thought he was experienced, but he'd bever kicked anything. Wtestlung, bjj, boxing. He bought me lunch (as my Muslim mates like doing), and I drive to pick him up to take him to training. In the car he cuts me off asking about some technique snd he said its all in the mind. All of it. Youre aiming to destroy, dominate, be the best, be calm, have fun (pain is his fun). He trains at the gym, then school, then I sparred with him before training (first time I ever sparred), and he clipped me, I clipped him behind the ear, and I'm a 40 year old dude giggling, getting punched in the nose by a 21 year old, and this kud just makes it really fun. In training he did pushups when everyone else drank and puffed. Smiled. "Dis is good". He trained after... Does he want to fight professionally? Doesn't know. He gets good at everything to be the best, and to enjoy the pain along the way. A duck in water is this kid in suffering. Its a normal element, like air. What others would consider to be hellish physical states. It is a superior mindsett. He convinced me 40 is nothing. Hes a liability 😂, but the good sort, where youre forced to achieve, defend, think, fight. I will miss him when he moves on to bigger things but till then I'm driving him to every training 😅 People talk so much about having hardness but forget how easy it is to get through it by having fun, and having that generosity of spirit. True hardness!
With discipline like what these dagestani shows, it's no surprise how the Romans was push back by the forces of Khalid ibn Walid. Mental and morals aren't much appreciated these days, people keep getting distracted by porn, food, the neediness to get recognized, and not happy seeing someone else success. Focus on the goal and keep yourself from distracted (as Muslim you remember Allah and pray 5 times a day) prevent any negative thought to destroy your life.

Turning wrenches screwdrivers and just working with your hands on cars turning wrenches your hands wrist forearms my brother was so strong once my brother what is there for not even a year maybe six months he would BJJ with Black belts they had their black belts but they didn’t have black belts and BJJ but they’ve had to train for years a very long time they were so amazed that only certain people contact my brother and that was only if they got him in a certain position he was so strong from working on cars and learning the basics over the period of a year pretty much these black belts would come in there thinking they were gonna take him out and they couldn’t beat him or tap him out it was so funny that’s what I mean about today there were certain students that were better at other things when it came to being on the ground it’s crazy how are strong my brother was compared to these other guys I wish we had smart phones back then My friend Bobby he had a boxer the guy box that Broadway boxing I forget how long but he worked with my friend Bobby and Bobby told him to come on up because master Leroy he was all about it he found out how much just a boxer can’t do against someone who knows different types of martial arts I think they try to remember correctly they never did any ground fighting or anything it was a stand up my buddy Bobby rock that Boxer and he was training for like two years if that nothing just a little over a year and he took it too that Boxer🥊🥊🥊🥊🥊👊👊👊👊they wore boxing gloves to make a fair

Sajidov is more badass because he always beats Gatsalov hahaha
whats more badasss: dagestan mma or kung fu/shaolin monks?
Next two DC. Umar and Usman.
He said are u letting me 😂😂😂😂
Yeah thst attitude, commitment, and ability can be applied to a few countries there.
I will miss him when he moves on to bigger things but till then I'm driving him to every training 😅
People talk so much about having hardness but forget how easy it is to get through it by having fun, and having that generosity of spirit. True hardness!
Daniel Cormierovic
With discipline like what these dagestani shows, it's no surprise how the Romans was push back by the forces of Khalid ibn Walid. Mental and morals aren't much appreciated these days, people keep getting distracted by porn, food, the neediness to get recognized, and not happy seeing someone else success. Focus on the goal and keep yourself from distracted (as Muslim you remember Allah and pray 5 times a day) prevent any negative thought to destroy your life.
hope everything is spelled correctly I can’t C without my glasses I was just using the talk and text feature
Daniel Cormagomedovier
Khadzhimurat Gatsalov looks like khabib dude wtf
Yess right
Illia acting tough with Volk
Once a fighter gets knocked out
It’s not that hard to knock him out again
It’s always the first person who does it
But i think we see the problem with USA fighters.those dudes over there are more disciplined in general.
One word KAVKAZ
The next one is Umar Nurmagomedov 💪
Habib bought a hotel for the kids 😂
Joehamed Roganov
Sounds legit
Dustin and Volk would be the fight to make. Rematch with Justin would be awesome to watch after Justin just got KOd by max. Rematch with Charles would be cool to watch. Dustins got options I don’t see him retiring on a loss
Shame Zabit never stayed🔥🙄
its the harsh mountain conditions, it creates monsters, look at taliban, gurkhas all mountain men
I make those mic booms 😂
I’ve seen this before my grand son is 6 now and I fell his mom my daughter that he has to learn wrestling for a base then start him in BJJ with MMA and keep him in these until he’s at least 18 then he can decide if he wants to keep doing that his father played all sports in high school basketball football baseball he’s 6 foot 4 he’s never bin in a fight before we were at a wedding and some guy thought he was some bad ass my son and law punch this guy that came at him he was lights out one punch and he’s the kind of guy that will help you up after he kicks your ass lol he’s just a good dude but the world is crazy now you see people who know how to fight that know BJJ you see on the news they have stopped stores i’m getting robbed they would just hold the suspect where they know they can’t do any thing when that happens you know your done I’ve seen it happen so many times I’m in my 40s and we trained I am very grandmaster Leroy Epperson he’s like a ninth-degree black belt but when we start it at his school in Baltimore back in 1998 he was the instructor at Kim’s karate and he was telling us that’s nothing but a dance class but that’s like the only karate place pretty much that was known in Baltimore in the 80s and 90s then Leroy you called it the master system where he taught us every thing and you could tell which kids were gonna be really good they just naturally have it my best friend all threw high school he was never in to fighting buddy played basketball baseball and he could dance really good like naturally so he was one of the 4 horseman that’s what Leroy Epperson we had friends that keep signing up and one of our friends he was wrestler all in high school he was so good at BJJ can you put another one of the four horsemen and Master Leroy Epperson like yeah classes every night if you were a white belt when we all started this is how everybody got so good we would take the white belt class then the Black belt class was right after so after 3 years every one that were all in to it and this is before Dana White bought the UFC I was 22 years old in 1998 that’s when we started as soon as we seen the school open up we’re his first new students
From taking the White belt class and the black belt class and we were there hrs before class started so we were learning things with other black belts that were there it was like the new hang out but we were learning to fight really good and my brother he always worked on cars body shops he started one it was 17 so from. Turning wrenches screwdrivers and just working with your hands on cars turning wrenches your hands wrist forearms my brother was so strong once my brother what is there for not even a year maybe six months he would BJJ with Black belts they had their black belts but they didn’t have black belts and BJJ but they’ve had to train for years a very long time they were so amazed that only certain people contact my brother and that was only if they got him in a certain position he was so strong from working on cars and learning the basics over the period of a year pretty much these black belts would come in there thinking they were gonna take him out and they couldn’t beat him or tap him out it was so funny that’s what I mean about today there were certain students that were better at other things when it came to being on the ground it’s crazy how are strong my brother was compared to these other guys I wish we had smart phones back then
My friend Bobby he had a boxer the guy box that Broadway boxing I forget how long but he worked with my friend Bobby and Bobby told him to come on up because master Leroy he was all about it he found out how much just a boxer can’t do against someone who knows different types of martial arts I think they try to remember correctly they never did any ground fighting or anything it was a stand up my buddy Bobby rock that Boxer and he was training for like two years if that nothing just a little over a year and he took it too that Boxer🥊🥊🥊🥊🥊👊👊👊👊they wore boxing gloves to make a fair
Beating jon in wrestling isn't scary, beating the man who won a belt from jon is way scarier, jon gave his belt to DC, remember why?
Usman is a beast
