    Instead of setting assignment group to a particular group, canwe reset sla when we change assignment group, is it possible to 'to use on change' in servicenow without script?

    I m wrking on newyork release for learning purpose but SLA is not wrkinh i hv created demo SLA P1 as you demonstrated in last video, SLA got attached but have not started, business elapsed time showing 10 mins, after half n hour it still showing 10 mins.
    Plz help me
