That guy likes to argue, always something contrary to say. Reminds me of a no heat call I responded to. Told them it cost double on Sundays so maybe they could wait till morning but they insisted. Oil burner would not light. The husband and wife spent the first 10 minutes telling me how much they knew about oil burners and how to do my job. The guy was constantly looking over my shoulder talking and became frustrated when I didn't respond to his advice. I inspected the burner noticing there was no oil in the chamber. I asked him to show me where the emergency switch was located. He collected an attitude for sure and became even more sarcastic. So we get to the switch and sure enough it was off. TLDR I charged my normal rate x2. He pitched a fit. He said all I did was turn on a switch. I told him no you're not paying me to just turn on a switch, you are paying me for responding on a Sunday evening and because I knew to turn the switch on.

He’ll need to clean the speakers and junk out of the shower in the shop, and make sure he’s got more than a soup bowl under its drain.

I have a comment about Pex. Not a fan. I told the "Rooter-"tooter guys $$ when I had them to re-pipe my old galvanized system that I wanted copper (instead of Pex as they suggested). I had to explain that I heard of a true story in which Pex was used to re-pipe a home. But they had a mouse problem.
The mice ate the mouse poison, began to bleed-out internally, (which is what Warfarin does). They get mad thirsty, hear the water inside the pipes and chew on the Pex like crazy and create catastrophic leaks. This happened twice to this home owner before he wised-up and went to metal pipes. Field mice try to get into my home in the winter.
I did allow them to use Press-fit copper, though, due to their concerns about fire in my crawl space. This was before I saw Steve`s commentary about Press-fit and the dying art of sweating copper.
Well the maze of Pex piping in this guy`s home reminded me of a Stooges movie in which Larry managed to encage himself inside a shower with metal pipes! LOL!

I know Steve has way more experience than me, but when I had well water my switch was adjusted higher by me when I replaced leaking pump. In this guys house I would've definitely told him let's try and get filter out or replace entire housing because the filter alone makes a big difference if dirty. Second I'd raise pressure and inflate the tank to match the new lower setting. As for that shower head good luck with that (I've always used those prison type shower heads those aren't fancy but guaranteed to get pressure and save water simultaneously) got city water now due to polluted test samples.

The Englishmen found that "wet" manure made a stinking mess...so they hung the bags of manure on the walls and ceilings to keep the manure dry...thus the acronym SHIT.
