    The biggest issue with the master layout and floor plans are 25% inventory is having privacy issue due to adjacent towers like T9&T10. Flat's main door are having 5ft distance. Which is too less.

      Funny. Retail bubble never blasts in Pune. I agree few schemes are exceptions but comparatively they are nothing.

    Few months back (not even a year) I purchased 2.5 bhk in the same location at the cost of 85 lakh (850+ sq feet area) all inclusive, the builders are going nuts and increasing prices at free will and public is still paying them.

    I have been following you since few months, good job on covering the details, though you seems slightly inclined towards the Kohinoor developers, you mentioned the the same in this one as well, their both the projects have a lot of connectivity issues and many buyers are struggling with the same. We as followers love the unbiased opinions. Cheers!

      Hi I m not biased to kohinoor project currently there is no other good option near kharadi and kohinoor is investment property near thats the only reason and nothing else

      Why not??? the connectivity is not only dependent with kohinoor but over all township so be assure the road which they are saying to be connected will be yes it might take time there are properties which have possession before kohinoor the case can be till the possession of kohinoor it can be well connected

      That is the biggest challenge, since 3-5 years everyone is selling on the name of River Front Road, even the project Greentastic which you have mentioned, but god know when will that be open, builders are charging same rates there if you compare with respect to carpet sizes, ultimately we suffers as end user after investing in our dream homes, can you suggest any good projects in Kharadi for self use purpose?

    Don't buy these flats, so many issues, so little flats, go a little far or buy in resale, highly dense societies, vertical slums, prices are too high, don't buy

    Will anyone be comfortable to live in such small carpet areas even on rent . Some Builder is making 3bhk in less than 1000 sqft , will my furniture fit properly in such small rooms . People buy like crazy these small carpet area flats . But just think , will it be practical for a family to stay in such houses with very high density of flats?

      Check the reviews on Google..pride world city reviews..you will understand everything...😢 Demo flat is awesome...BUT there is electricity, water , dust pollution due to ongoing construction as per the reviews...

      Mantra Magnus land is owned by land owners. There are 13 owners of that land.
      Around 20-25% percent inventory is owned by land owners.
      Builder is constructing 13 row houses for them. As part of the same project.
