It stutters even more when you get into a HUGE build fight in battle royale and then the fps is all over the place too, the amount of input delay in those build fights is unreal too

Your wrong it is basically the same performance as 3080 though using dlss and frame generation it can only be a small margin faster. It's supposed to beat 3080ti.

@@FloatSamplesBharathG100the engine is fine, the issue is the location he is at, its prone to destroying fps sometimes even halving it. So you can expect much higher fps outside of it

Hey kryspp , great content man , but i would like to see the 5800x3d more often in your videos. I highly doubt that it's a slower cpu in gaming than 13600k.. In fact is about the same as 7700x or 13700k in gaming especially if you enable msi kombo strike 3 and have low ram timings ☺In some games it even beats all of these cpus that i mentioned.
Don't listen to people that underestimate the 5800x3d , it is a legendary piece of a cpu 💪

Seems 1440p/DLSS Quality performs almost identically to 4K/DLSS Performance on RTX-4000. Both render 1080p. The DL is practically free. Very compelling.
I'm still looking for an AMD or Intel card with a reasonable amount of VRAM though.
Hope you can get your hands on a 7900XT/XTX soon. AMD should be sending you them at this point!

So 1440p with DLSS Quality gets the same fps as 1080p native. I would definitely play using DLSS in 1440p.

Good video. IF you are thinking of buying a 4070/4070ti THEN I suggest holding off, many tech sites are reporting there is about to be a $50 price drop because they aren't selling well, especially the 4070 in North America.
How bad are the 4070 sales locally for me? I could go to my local big box store a week after launch and easily fill my pick truck with the amount of 4070's in stock, I might need to bring a trailer.

Wait...in your Last of Us part one video from Wednesday, April 19, GPU-z identified the 4070 with all labels filled in. The technology, release date, die size and transistors spaces were all filled in, but now they are not showing up again. Did you go out of order on your uploads or is something wonky going on? Not that it really matters cause your videos are awesome to watch regardless.

I play Fortnite at 1440p ultra dlss performance with am rtx 4070 and a 7600 and I get from 90 to 110 fps

I have a problem iam using the rtx 4070 i get 144 fps but the second i start looking around moving i start getting fps drops i still get 144 fps but only for a little bit then my fps starts dropping then it comes back to 144 then it drops

How does Lumen compare to Path Tracing (As in Cyberpunk new update)?
Path tracing is insane, lumen looks great but the RT in cyberpunk is crazy!

Bro I have this and I run it on epic settings and get 30 max it’s so dumb. On performed with all the settings on low I get max 160 and it drops to 70 every other frame basically

What one gives the highest amount of fps?
Thinking about upgrading from my rtx 3060 to the rtx 4070 I use 1080p on performance mode but I need to keep 240 fps stable almost 24/7 even in mega cause my 3060 dies when I go into mega dropping for 200-240fps to 80-100 horrible for tournament and arena
the 4070 is 60 percent better than a 3060, i recommend ugprading.
4:34 you have to disable the TAA, that anti aliasing makes the game less sharpper
Lumin is ray tracing, but it’s not a real time ray tracing you saw that that for a self. In the reflection on the ground with the hologram
If you want to real time retracing, you need to use the RTX settings not lumen
Im late, but most comp players cap their fps to around 200-240, this stops the stuttering 🎉

@@zWORMzGaming UE5.1 with Lumen seems extremely CPU intensive. With 7700X+4080+1440P+DLSS-Q+High-preset, GPU utilisation stays at 85-90% and Fortnite runs with average 130 FPS @150W for me. Would love to see your benchmark with the 4080/13600K!

I like fortnite demonstrating the new engine but it has become a demo in the way it is optimised atm. It shouldn't be giving players a hard time with stutters and low fps.
The stutters happen even on the best hardware, they are aware of this and about the low FPS, it's because of Nanite and Lumen which has a big performance impact.

I’m getting almost identical frame rates on an rtx 4070 laptop with an i7-13700hx CPU in the Acer Predator Helios 16 and My Rtx 4070 consistently runs around 2580 mhz boosting which is insanely awesome for a laptop and if I use 2560 x 1600 I can run all epic settings including nanite, lumen global illumination, and Lumen reflections with hardware Ray tracing enabled and still average around 65fps and hit into the 70’s

For some reason I can't match the frame rate you have, I mean my 4070 performs amazingly on every other game but when it comes to fortnite it dips down to the 30s on max settings in 1080p.

I made a couple of videos on that back when it released, never saw too much interest in that game honestly so I'll not add it to the benchmark list of Sunday videos at least!
I made a mistake with my 13600k build, got 4800 Mhz RAM, which definitely holds back performance in games like this.
Although not enough to be really bothered with.

At least, in MegaCity at some positions i drop to about 80 fps.
You can likely still overclock the 4800mhz DDR5 ram to 6000 just increasing the voltage slightly.
