PA Commutation Public Hearings 8 3 22

Public Hearings by the Board of Pardons for people with life sentences were held on the morning of August 3.
August 3, 2022 9:00 AM Session : 1. Gail T. Stallworth 2. Abraham C. Cruz 3. Ricky Brockington 4. Charles L. Coley 5. David A. Johnson
Votes happened at 11:45am: Gail and Abraham were held underadvisement. Ricky and David "Dauud" were recommended to the governor and Charles was unanimously denied.
People can file for reconsideration when they are denied at the merit review stage or at the public hearing stage. First the board will vote on whether they will accept that there is legit grounds for reconsideration, then they will vote on wether a public hearing will be granted. Reconsiderations happen after the voting under old business.
