Brian, I hope people have the patience to wait for the Hybrid which ought to provide increased performance to go along with the big mpg bump. When you get one at home to test, let's see how a rear facing child seat fits in the second row. It looks like head room is good in the back but legroom is underdone. For the record, Quebec has a 100 kmh limit so I hope there wasn't a ticket for your 130 run.

Agree on waiting for the Hybrid, which I understand is coming next year in Canada. I’m looking to replace my 2015 Yaris SE but I’m definitely waiting to get my first Hybrid. As for all-wheel drive … I’ve driven Hondas and Toyotas since 1978. All 16 vehicles purchased during that time were new and front wheel drive except a 2010 RAV4. In my opinion all-wheel drive isn’t necessary in Southern Ontario and is just a marketing gimmick to dig deeper into the consumers pockets.

No Arm Rest front or back, Cramped legs room, Terrible MPG and the paint would fade and the car would rust living in the north east with in a few years. It’s amazing how spoiled we’ve become. USB PORTS? WIRELESS CHARGING? SEMI AUTONOMOUS DRIVING? 8PLUS AIR BAGS? ABS BRAKES, TRACTION and STABILITY CONTROL? the 4WD SYSTEMS today? Blind SPOT Detection? Aluminum Wheels? Pano Roofs? Power Windows, Locks, Steering, and Brakes? LED Lights? On and on. Yeah we grew up in a 1968 FORD COUNTRY SEDAN WAGON with AM 3 speaker radio. Not even Head rests. Parking sensors will more than double the repair cost of a fender bender. The are unnecessary, especially in such a small car. Air vents in the back seats of small economy cars aren't important. You should still probably aim the center dashboard vents to go to the back even if you have vents in the back. 1500 pounds towing capacity is very low. Once you subtract the weight of the trailer you can take very little. The Corolla Cross wasn't meant for towing.
The Corolla Cross replaces the Toyota Matrix in the Toyota lineup. Today buyers have been trained to shun non-SUVs so the Corolla Cross lets people buy their Corolla with a society approved body style.

Why does it look like Mitsubishi ASX? I think that the design is not good, and looks very cheap! And the big screen is awfull.

I gave you a thumbs down because you named the speed in kilometers and the MPG in liters. This car will sell like crazy in the US so would it be that hard to give US measurements?

Who in their right mind would buy a new ICE or silly Hybrid car these days? Worth nothing today and even less next week. Toyota just doesn't get it.
