Creating and managing lookup in Oracle Integration Cloud

I see you can either enter a domain name a column or pick an adapter. How does the usage change if you pick an adapter?

lookup codedes are case sensitive. I entered UP and if I give up in the end point to test it will give default value message country code not found. How to fix this please share.
duplicate lookup codes have been entered by mistake. CN for China, CN for Canada. when i passed this in the end point It gave me the internal server error How to fix this, please share.

Hi Sastry,
Solution of first problem: Assign the request parameter in input variable and use upper-case function which will convert the value in upper case and fetch the data from lookup accordingly.
Solution of second problem: Make sure entries are unique
