      Of course not 😂Maybe between first and second rep, when I was mentally dreading a hard exercise and then it felt okay, but each following rep was harder.
      But wide glute bridges made me feel a bit hot in the good sense.

      I was a bit of a weak sister today! Had to lower my weight, but still did it!

    Day 19 done 🎉
    I was so tired today. Was huffing and puffing at same time.
    Doing lateral lunges, forward lunges and kettlebell swings for 60 seconds was death of me actually .😢
    It was getting harder and harder after every rep. But, I completed it ☑️
    So, all the best for me 😊

    Unfortunately I will miss a few days as my Sciatic nerve has had other ideas and moving is really painful at the mo. Gutted, as managed to keep up until day 18 every day. Once I am better, I will finish the series off, no matter what.
