I am contemplating making a purchase from Fashionphile; I know there is always a chance in being disappointed with the purchase of a preloved item, but the same can be said about purchasing new items from retailers. I just don't know if I have the patience to go through what you had to endure! My main concern is with the condition of the item and also with the authenticity of luxury goods. It seems as though it has become much easier to replicate handbags, etc. these days, so either way, I have to decide if I want to take the chance. I am looking forward to your future videos! Hi Ginny! Yes, it's definitely risky and I'm becoming more pickier these days. Unless I really really love the item and it's not available in other places, then maybe I'll take the risk. But yeah, my regret is that I didn't dispute the credit card charge, which would've solved the issue much faster. If that ever happens again, I'm gonna make sure to dispute the charge right away. Thanks for sharing. I ordered a Cartier love bracelet on Thursday of last week and It still have not shipped out yet. I am so excited about getting it so i check twice a day for my shipping details. I spent almost 5K and i want my bracelet now. 😊

i purchased a bag 3weeks before my birthday and i decided to wrap it and open it for my birthday gift from me to me right and when i opened it i decided to return so i requested to return it i got label returned it after that they said i was to late to return it so they sent it back changed the packaging and put new tags and put a nail file inside the bag along with bag booklet inside the bag left it out of its dust bag and unfortunately they sctratched my bag and refused to compensate for damage they are horrible and don't care about their customers
omg! that's a horrible service, I'm sorry this happened to you. this one of the worst stories i've heard about them. really makes me think twice before recommending them to other people :(

I just felt like the excellent condition wasn’t what I would have rated the bag. So I was a bit disappointed and returned it. I feel like the rating system is off.
Whenever i buy in fashionphile online, I always choose to pick up the goods in their store. When it arrived in their store, they emailed u. It's safer to secure the item if u pick it in their office/store.

I wonder how many of those designer items end up stolen from the warehouse and replaced with fakes or not replaced at all. I would love to know what happened to your boy bag. Sorry it took over 2 months to get your money back.
I wonder the same thing too! 'Cause my item is "lost" immediately after it arrived at the UPS facility. I wonder if there are workers there that know this is a high ticket item or something? This also seems like a common thing. Which is scary :(
I don't understand why you're emailing them when you could've called them direct! Their customer service is amazing! I bought from them regularly and had two items lost by UPS and never had an issue with them refunding the monies. They asked how I would like the refund, either a store credit or back to my card. Also, Fashionphile has partnered with Neiman Marcus and offers store pick-ups.
yeah, i didn't think to call, i thought with emails i can always keep the conversation stored. but it's crazy how UPS lost 2 of your items :( it's kind of annoying that this happens more frequently than not.. maybe the best way to go is store pick ups? 🤔
