yes never had issues except for this bad experience with customer service long story short i bought something decided to return it after the return policy well now that i know i did the steps in app to return it provided a label i returned they said it was too late to be returned so they sent it back and I didn't get so lucky with the packaging. They scratched my bag and now they're saying that since it's out of the return policy, they can't do anything about it and they won't and they firm on their decision so basically they damage my bag and won't take fault for it and will not compensate me to get it repaired, this has been horrible Customer Service

@@designermama2181 I told them they lost me as a customer they really rip us off you take ur bag to sell to them God forbid it's not a chanel or hermes they give you less 50percent the cost I sold my duma backpack year 2023 i paid at boutique i think it was 6600us currency back then brand new straight from boutique small size totally regret it they gave me 3600 and sold it over market price i wore it twice I just didn't ever wear it and it wasn't the pink i like really it was more of a peach pink which i don't really like and i got a mini chanel from them with the money i sold the backpack for they just rip us off in every direction give us low sell cost and charge more then boutiques do and are not very fair in telling the truth of the condition of the items i bought many online and returned it when i picked it up from fashionable bc it was not as described so i totally understand
The condition should reflect everything overall so I agree with that. If there is any wear it should be listed and considered but that depends on the company’s definition of each grade. Fashionphile’s excellent used to look like new but I have noticed that has changed. Sorry the bag didn’t work out.

Hello! The coco handle is my favorite Chanel bag. I have a large. It’s a great bag. Sorry it did not work out. I would get it new from the boutique because this bag is not crazy expensive when compared to the classic flap. 💜

Congrats! It’s a beautiful bag. I got mine in 2021 and my SA informed me that the previous sizes were larger so technically you have a medium if you have the 2020 small.

I agree with sending the bag back for the fact the handle was so wonky and leaning forward. Immediate return for me. The sizes for the Coco handle size names have changed so much that you really have to look at the measurements listed.

I think you made the right decision to return the bag...the tarnishing would have continued and I dont know if hardware can be replaced. The rarings on Fashionphile have been all over the place..I recommend next time setting up time with a personal shopper so that you can confirm the quality 😊
Hey girl!💞 to be fair, the hardware on this style bag is supposed to be an “aged gold”. So it’s not tarnished. That was the intended look for this particular hardware. You should have kept it. Especially if you got it for a steal😩 FP does a great job with their photos and descriptions! I would recommend visiting one of their stores, specifically in Cali of you’re near 😊

They didn’t fully explain it in the description and marked the bag as “excellent” condition, which I would of honestly marked as “good” condition. So to be honest, I was a bit disappointed. I do ensure I look at every photo and zoom in etc. I never question the authenticity ever, but the bag description should def match the bag. I think this is a newer issue, usually fashionphile is extremely good at the descriptions. I wouldn’t say that bag is excellent but rather just good.

I just bought some slgs from the Chanel boutique this week and next week I’m getting my boy bag. I don’t trust these consignment stores. All of my bags are directly from the store. If I she’ll out thousands of dollars regardless of the savings I don’t want to have any reservations on the authenticity of the bag. I hope you find it at the boutique. That is a bag that is constantly in production.

It’s hard to see in the video, but the gold looked part gold and some parts like silver. I spoke with other Chanel bag owners and they said it was tarnishing. That would have been fine if that would’ve been disclosed but it wasn’t. But it’s ok, it was a learning experience. Thanks for watching ❤️
