we nagas usually cook our meat for 45 minutes-1 hour. our cooking is very simple. as for the tomatoes,you can add it altogether with the meat or later. i think she added it later cos they get cooked at a short amount of time. as for the garlic and other seasoning,they are added when the meat is done cooking and about to be taken out of the stove.
Smoked pork without axone is incomplete 😜 btw it's best to wash smoked pork with hot water before slicing😆 n bigger the size of the meat the better presentation and taste..
