We are blessed! We are lucky! The great Fatou has prepared a healthy, sumptuous, delicious, and miraculous dish right in front of our eyes: “Sweet Peas Recipe with Meat” with big chunks of fresh beef, crushed white onions, green onions, minced garlic, sweet peas, and various spices! Sweet peas! Sweet dish! Tasty dish! Rich dish! Healthy dish! Miracle dish! To my surprise, I saw the baguette right next to the dish on the plate! I would also eat this dish with steamed rice, boiled cassava, or couscous! A beef theme also emerged this week. This second week of October 2023 has been a great and productive week with so many amazing dishes prepared by our world-class Pan-African chefs on TH-cam! We are rich! We are blessed.
