I have a gfr of 50 but my lab results are in normal range and I don’t have diabetes or high blood pressure. Don’t understand why I have CKD stage 3.

I am not coping with my pkd I am 61 I feel my partner doesn't understand my pain its terrible to accept this it makes me feel so down and sad every day is a,battle
