    How do I create those pre-designed cuts you drag to the assembly?

    In-Context designing is the way to go. However, when using PDM works it doesn't work well without creating a mess. So, should you Break Mates OR Freeze Mates before Check-In?

    You missed something.
    Your cutout for you hinge translated into your opposite side panel, because its mirror image.
    I was hoping You'll address it.

    i think all the other parts are driven by the dimentions of the door.
