I remember reusing a book cover, the one that we could get from school supply shopping, and it was a stretchy fabric material that easily went over different sized books, except large science books, lol. And with using duck tape, it makes it unique to use different colors or layers.

these were available in my school time like in 2004 2005 wraped in pretty good cartoons carecter photos just for 2 rupees some got fancier with clear plastic flowers in middle with RGB led for 15 rupees that was fun time then i had whole lot of collection like tom n jerry, micky mouse, benten, Arabian nights, Hercules & Spiderman superman batman stuff we use to wear it on our hand for showing off 😅😅😅😂😂😂😂😂 best child hood

If you ask the city folk... Yeah. Nobody wears slap bracelets. In the countryside, though? After dark? Use some high visibility/reflective tape and you have yourself a way to keep yourself from being run over on an evening walk down an unlit dirt road.
The best part is that you dont need another tape measure to measure 6 inches

A local night club uses snap bracelets with a "Bar" code on them for entry. Only ones I've seem in 10 years other than this video
