    Thank you so much for this advice! I've been struggling with poor sleep on and off for years. It's definitely stress related. I'll try to manage it, and I think this advice will help me.

    2:23 resist the urge to snooze and sleep more
    3:00 stay dehydrated- drink water
    3:25natural light - promote mood , alertness, more awake
    3:45 - physical activities walk, stretches, yoga - do it early
    4:38 - resist caffein - have earlier before 1pm - u will feel worse aftre having caffeine
    5:50 power nap 20-30 minutes only-earlier in the day before 3pm - u have to build sleep pressure for the night
