A beautiful home. Thank you for your tour. Some nice touches. So many areas have a vast price difference. You are paying for the weather, nice neighborhood, California ambiance. Nice investment.
It’s beautiful 😍
Beautiful
Dream neighborhood
Nice
Beautiful but the LR and DR beams need to be stripped of the paint.
It looks like it was once a beautiful Spanish home.
The ceilings were probably natural brown wood, now painted over with too much white. Where are the aches? Every feature is square. Where is the Spanish tile?
Agree, missing typical Spanish futures that make Spanish style unic and glorious!
That was probably considered a mansion back when it was built.
Lovely home. The neighborhood and the house were definitely considered upscale when it was built. Check out some vintage LA mansions in Hancock Park.
How much the house Mr. Tiliev?
Sold for just over $2M
On what's app
Please use your indefinite articles! "here we have nice garden" makes me wince.

Two million! 🫤
Two million!! Wow. A house like this WITH a pools sells for about $500,000 in Texas.
Beautiful but LA is scary.
it's too bad that everything was painted white :(
What was the original color?
For a real estate agent he doesn’t seem to know much about the house
