I remember watching you work on this project all alone and thinking "I don't think I'll get to see this completed in my lifetime!" I'm 70 years old. Now, with some help, you're making amazing progress and I have hope!

One can only look forward with this disaster, looking back will not help although it's very natural. ❤❤xx

Come on fellow subscribers just like the videos, at the rate of views if only half liked it, the difference in Dan's algorithm will help a lot. There's no excuse come on
Someone explained to me that since most people are watching this on TV not computer or phones, it explains why so many CAN'T 'like' the videos or comment. So long as they are watching though, that in itself helps his algorithum
I was told, don't know if true, that the likes don't contribute, they're just a gauge for the channel owner. Comments supposedly help, hence I'm very "commenty" 😄 But subscriptions are the top thing, I think. Others can advise if that's not the case 😊
@@LaReynedEpee apparently what I read is that then pushes up the rate of You Tube suggesting the channel to non subscribers and therefore the opportunity for more subscribers or regular viewers. Under correction though

I know you had to do it when you found them to be wobbly but I thought they'd come down in parts to save the balusters. Silly me. There are so many identical ones that can deliver a proper mold. Just a shock.
The teamwork between the three of you is (as always ) really something special and so darn productive. Almost daily now there is a new area brought up to speed. It's so impressive.
Speaking of which, those roof tiles that arrived! Yikes, that is so many and having watched a roof of another chateau be roofed ... well, Patience of a Saint I believe is the phrase.
Been a pleasure and a delight to see you and the crew pushing on! And looking forward to loads more superb videos! ❤ B from Chicago
That take down was certainly brutal.
Shocking
Wow - I remember watching your first videos and wondering how many years before you made a dent in all the clean up 🤩
WOW! I can't wait to see the turret!
CANNOT wait to see that slate go up! I love slate for flooring and roofing. Such a great product.
Good to see you guys great video today and all the slate is here let's get to work ❤
More amazing progress! 🏰
How far you've come in such a short time is mind blowing. With new roofs all around you and floor upon floor upon floor beneath, the last of the roof top de-gardening is done. You've done it and we've witnessed it but it's still hard to believe. And now the most amazing of all the roof structures will start to go up. Tie your shoes Dan, buckle up good and please, please be oh so safe. Prayers times three that all goes to plan, wraps up beautifully and you and your crew are celebrating all the above in just a few weeks. Go men! Go Chaumont! Love and prayers for you all. 💙
Thanks Dan, Nick, and Brian! Always giving your best to this awesome chateau! ❤
@@howardkeen6783 It was a channel owner who said it was good for the ego but not much else 😄
Less than a minute in, and I'm puckering up with the thought of all that weight going up on that roof they built. Really puts things in perspective.
General rule in slating, Lower the pitch = Bigger the slate (Hence steeper pitches=smaller slate).
