- US President Joe Biden said the murder of journalist Jamal Kashoggi was "at the top the meeting" when he was received by Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman (MBS) in the country's capital, Jeddah, on Friday.
"What happened to Khashoggi was outrageous," Biden said afterwards.
After a rather low-key reception at King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah, Biden was then welcomed to the Saudi royal palace by MBS with a fist bump. The moment was broadcast on Saudi television. Biden was later shown on Saudi media shaking hands with King Salman bin Abdulaziz.
The president and crown prince also touched on regional security, as well as cooperating on 5G and 6G mobile technology, during their three-hour meeting.
Biden arrived in Saudi Arabia after two days in Israel, seeking to "recalibrate” relations with Riyadh, one of the oldest US allies in the region.

We need it to help build the solar panels, windmills, and computer chips for that green revolution. Don't forget about industrial scale farming that makes all our lives better. The green revolution won't happen without inputs from oil and gas. One industry builds on another. All are necessary for the evolution to happen.

MBS is always welcome in S Korea. Saudi is in different phase of their own democracy development thus Washington should not judge others based on current US environment. US government favored slavery back in old days and involved in slavery business which was bad but it changed as people changed. MBS trying to be hard liner while trying to change old tradition is no different than the US with Southern states favor slavery while Northern states wants equal rights. To gain equal rights, there was civil war in the US to fix what was wrong in the past. Let MBS do the same. USA just got kicked out of Afghanistan, by a bunch of beards. Russia and China are getting stronger and they are friends.
But you should be happy about this change. White Jesus-worshipers have raped, plundered and force-converted around the world for quite a while now. USA was created by white jesus-worshipers by killing 12 MILLION native Americans. Then USA enslaved Africans, whose descendants fill up its prisons. USA Killed 3.5 Million Vietnamese, not a single one of whom ever threatened USA. UK's colonial crimes are well recorded.
Compare the evil of USA and UK with Russia or China. Russia and China are the Jedi of the world. As they get stronger, peace will come to the world. No more USA invading countries and killing people in the name of Oil, or WMD or some other BS.
If you are American, you have already lost. But think of the bigger picture. The world is breathing a sigh of relief. Meanwhile, you might look for counselling.
