39:20. Agreed about role of military, and the general lack of understanding of “sending messages.” To quote my favorite military tactician, Yoda, “Do or do not. There is no ‘try.’” Yoda might add, “The only understood message, this is.”
As a soldier myself I think armies of many nations are facing same issues as US Army. We are affected by media and politics.
