After watching your videos i started to twist my body while breathing but when my swimming coach in Germany saw that he told me that this is wrong technique and will make you more tired beacuse of more energy use. He told me to only rotate the head not the full body.

Sir my body floats naturally so much that it seems to refuse to sink or stay under water. I float at the surface like a floaty. My kicks end up outside water perhaps because of the same reason. What should I do.
Good Evening Sanuj sir, i am facing an issue while trying my best to do underwater leg kicks, i have been trying the technique you showed in one of your video.. my issue is, as i start with the dolphin kicks and move forward at a steady pace, i automatically slow down , i dont know why thats happening, and no matter how much i try to kick faster, i dont pick up my former speed.. please help me and tell me where am i going wrong.. thank you in advance.
When I started I was also facing this problem. First of all when you are freely floating on water surface with face down do not use kicking just make your full body float and move forward with your arms and do only small kicks only when you feel your legs are sinking. Then slowly start kicking frequently but do small kicks that too slowly. Over time youll get used to both kicking and hand movement then you can adjust speed and extent of movement of your legs according to your comfort.

@@SwimmingBySanuj but since 2 days after doing 1round i am feeling severe headache n vomiting sensation .i consulted physio he said its due to sternocledo neck muscle pull ......coz jab mein hard pull karti hoon water ko toh neck stiff ho jaati hai .what should i do

Should we exhale 100% in water? Or partially exhale in water?
You have to exhale until you feel that you are running out of breath, after that you have to turn your head to take your next breath.
