I have to echo the other comments on here, your work is beautiful. I have watched loads of cookie decorating videos, but, I have never seen cookies decorated with such an intricate level of detail. These cookies are truly stunning, they look like the kind of thing you would find in a high end patisserie. I am definitely subscribing as I want to see your channel grow and do well, it deserves to.
I also have to repeat my previous comments that I really appreciate it and thank you 🙏 for this wonderful feedback, which definitely pushes me further towards creating my gingerbread cookies decorating videos. 🤩 This is how I learned it from my late mother, with whom I used to decorate gingerbread cookies at Christmas. We have always focused on details, because perfection is in the details. ☝️ It is a traditional Slovak decorating that is passed down from generation to generation.

That's one of the reasons I mainly use my gingerbreads as decorations. And to ensure everyone gets to enjoy their delicious taste, I always include some undecorated ones to savor. After all, gingerbreads are incredibly tasty!😉🤩

@@gingerbreadworld I liked the cross stitch design on them. And as for other things, maybe a square or rectangle blanket like or placemat table runner with cross stich design maybe with tassels or frillies?? More cross stitch bottom line-ish Just an idea. Lol

Just found your video. Your designs are wonderful. I could watch for hours. Not anymore, but years ago, I decorated cakes, but I only have spread my frosting on cookies with a knife. I appreciate the detail that you do. It is much more than I have ever seen. I am in the process of making a Gingerbread themed Kitchen. I have always loved gingerbread designs on crafts. Watching, I do have a couple of questiins concerning your equipment that I hope you would answer. Is there a tip in the pastry bag? Is that a "regular" bag size, just "scrunched" up in your hand, or something smaller? I have been a crafter all my life, and I love detail and recognize good work. Your decorating is amazing. Thank you for posting. I subscribed and look forward to viewing more of your videos!

I will be more than happy to to answer your questions.🤩 It's a "regular" microtene bag from the supermarket. Here in Slovakia (Central Europe) I buy it in Lidl. It is not a special bag for decorating cakes or cookies. I got used to it like this, because I know how to make a hole in the bag as big as I need.

Just found your video and love your work, but what I really need is a good gingerbread cookies recipe, but a good one, I found some online, make it and the taste are like cardboard with molasses , nice but not spectacular, not the one I will like to keep it, I make and I froze it as I am not able to give it to nobody, hope somebody have the spectacular one, and wish to share it with me..thank you!!

Try my traditional recipe from Slovakia😉 , where the history of honey gingerbreads is several centuries old. Gingerbreads (Honeydew) cakes were baked in monasteries, but also in noble and middle-class families and were not originally decorated. In Bratislava (Capital of Slovakia, the city where I come from), there was a guild of gingerbreadmakers already in the 14th century.☝️ Since the 17th century, honey-making technologies have gradually improved. Various flavorings and aromatic spices were added to the dough. Since the 16th century, honeymakers have used wooden forms, which carvers richly decorated with figural, animal, plant and oriental motifs.

It depends on the thickness of the dough, according to which the cakes are "puffed". It's just such a nice dough that makes these kind of puffy cookies. You made cookies shiny when immediately after baking, while the cookies are still hot, brush them with well-mixed and sieved eggs.

Since I'm a hobbyist gingerbread crafter and not running a commercial kitchen, I haven't adopted professional food handling practices like wearing gloves.
