I was with a supervisor when I first started in hvac. We had this happen and he pulled it part way out, wacked it with a screwdriver butt, popped it back in and it worked. I don't do it that way just thought it was funny. He walked away like he knew it would work.

I believe it, they make quality appliances.

You Worked on that Breaker Hot and you showed it in a Video????? That is insane, Curtis. Absolutely Insane.

LOL, you have to know what you are doing. I have changed them hot many times.

Man you changed that breaker quicker than me, lol. That Bosch system really looks like a good one. They have a really good reputation with their products and appliances. I had a drawer dishwasher from them and it was awesome, went through two floods and was over 10 years old and was still working when I replaced it. I actually miss that thing. If their quality standards are still the same, they get 2 thumbs up from me. They are a little pricey, but they are truly the example of you get what you pay for.

I'm sorry, but "you get what you pay for" no longer applies. I kept telling people that this would happen. Ross Perot told us it would happen. The greedy manufacturers have slowly been raising the price of the crap that is made in the PRC to pre China, well "Made in The USA" parts. I feel so sorry for the young guys out there trying to make a living. Just imagine, you go through all the work required to install a part, only to have it fail in a week or two. You cannot expect anything made by unhappy people to be any good. It's just human nature.

Don't ever do that hot, my friend. You will eventually get bit.

@@JamesAgans That may be true for the most part nowadays, but we are hoping that the Bosch systems are still quality. What Curtis has shown us so far is looking good.

Quick fix--wonder how the contacts got so "burned"? Would spraying De-oxit have helped?

is that the air conditioner drain right next to the electrical box seems like a really bad location since wind can blow water all over electrical box.
