She never kills Delta she extracts his essence so she basically has Deltas sanity, only one possible ending can Delta just basically choose to die and push away Eleanor's arm and she won't extract him.
i don't have the balls to get this ending.... i always choose the good one :P

Deivil007 you 2 are not alone when I accidently press triangle on my PS3 controller I accidently harvested a little sister I turned my PS3 off as soon as I harvested so yeah i'm not doing that to innocent girls that need my help

Well id say i didnt expect her to go down this path to betray me and stuff.
This is why id do the neutral ending for her to be alone and realise she doesnt need someone to guide her choices.
Since i prefer the good ending, my Delta would like tell her not to rely on me all the time but rather just guide her to become a good person, but also make choices on her own.

Because Delta canonically dies in every all of the endings so Eleanor would really be the one to carry on the story, if the sequel does continue on from where BioShock 2 leaves us at.

This my favorite of the four endings, though I myself have never gotten it because I can't bring myself to harvest the girls. every time I try they spout off some adorable comment while I'm fighting and I'm like "Damn it. I'll never get the achievement at this rate."

I always thought that at that on this ending that the delta should kill elanor seeing the monster he created it would be a epic fight

You'll get the 'best' ending if you save every Little Sister, and save Grace. Stanley and Gil do not matter; Stanley betrayed Sofia, so he should have died, and Gil had his wish to die.

Skynet activated. This ending isn't much different from the good ending. In both endings she considers herself the perfect being. She is essentially Doomguy while on the good ending she is Link. And they aren't much different from each other. The neutral ending makes her a HUMAN which should be the true goal. The main difference between this and the good ending is here she is alone and in the good ending she has a flock of sheep (little sisters).
What a good ending...makes me want to play Bioshcok 2 right now.

You know what makes me sad? A lot of the citizens and splicers hope to one day leave Rapture and see the sunlight again, but this is probably the closest they'll ever get. Not unless they make another game with Tenenbaum and Porter coming back and curing the splicers anyway.

Saving Sofia depended on Grace, Stanley, and the Scientist dude if you killed them or not. The little sisters changed the next part.
And bad as this ending is I have to admit, it's pretty satisfying watching Lamb drown.

I think the logic is that it's bad because you aren't killing Gil, you're killing Alex the Great. Since Alex is basically an entirely different person at that point, you're not actually granting Gil the mercy killing. Something like that.
Plot twist. Eleanor is Elizabeth but in another multiverse!

@FWTrump I think you get a Neutral ending then. Eleanor won't be as cruel in it as in the worst ending, but also not as kind as in the best ending.

You had to have killed the first black lady then, if you let her live you get the good ending

You can only kill one of the three people and still get the good ending, the black lady is instant bad but the guy who betrayed you and the Dr are kill able but only one

I'm happy I raised a happy little Eleanor because this ending was something I didn't get. Poor girl just wanted her dad..
@FreeRunful that would be one of the two neutral endings. If you harvest/rescue at least one little sister and do the opposite with the rest you end up with that ending where you get to choose if she rescues you by taking your DNA or sacrifice yourself so she grows alone.

You get that ending if you save all the Little Sisters but kill all the NPCs (Grace Holloway, Stanley Poole, Gilbert Alexander)
@iGamingRecon The "Saving People" does change the ending. It determines weather Sofia lives or dies. Just sayin'. As I recall, If you kill one person, Sofia dies. I may not be recalling correctly, however.
I wanted Sofia to die. I saved all the sisters, spared Grace and killed Poole and gave Gil a merciful end because he was living a fate worse than death. Protect the innocent, punish the guilty, that's my policy

Of all the endings I personaly prefer the sacrifice ending. Sure it's not as heartwarming and hopefull as the pure good ending, but it tugs at your heartstrings the way a happy ending never could.

I got the sad ending. Maybe because it’s what I wanted this game is hard to play. Infinite was the easiest of the three.

bioshock is the only game with multiple endings where i have FAILED to get the horrible endings, for the same reason as you.
