Does a Loring coffee roaster assist in better bean development?

This is a short version of a longer discussion about roast colour. Specifically discussing the method around recording outer bean colour and inner bean colour.
A few days back, I had a visit from a couple of roasters and we got to talking about the transition from the Probatone P12 series 2 to Loring S15 Falcon. We talked about the ability of the Loring to roast more evenly and that we could achieve better flavour isolation because of it.
